"The hotel is only a 5-minute drive from Terminal 3, or a 10-15 minute walk. They also offer a shuttle service, which is very convenient. When checking in, I asked the front desk if there was any airplane noise, and they said none at all. However, as soon as I entered the room, I could clearly hear planes. On top of that, the room door wasn't soundproof, and there were people playing and being noisy in the hallway, so I didn't sleep well. The room itself was clean, a bit basic, but offered excellent value for money."

"During my trip to Xiamen in November, I stayed at Swiss International Hotel and chose a sea-view room directly facing Gulangyu Island, which added a touch of tender warmth to the entire journey. The hotel service was enthusiastic, attentive, and exceptionally courteous. Opening the window revealed the vast blue sea, with Gulangyu Island standing quietly in the distance, offering charming views from dawn to dusk. By day, you can watch the sea breeze gently sweeping across the island; at night, upon returning from an evening stroll and sitting leisurely by the window, you can gaze out at the twinkling lights of Gulangyu in the nightscape. As the hustle and bustle faded away, a deep sense of peace filled the heart. The hotel breakfast was rich and palatable, and the dinner buffet was quite commendable. Boasting a prime location overlooking the island across the sea, the stay was relaxing and comfortable. Should I visit Xiamen again, I would gladly choose to stay here once more."

"Great location and very convenient transportation. There is a food and shopping street right downstairs. The service was warm and responsive to all our requests, and luggage storage was available after check-out, which was super convenient. It's close to all the attractions, very clean, with comfortable bedding and an ample supply of hot water. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends."

"The service at this hotel was truly exceptional, and we were very satisfied! We arrived much earlier than the check-in time and were worried we wouldn't be able to get into our room right away. However, the hotel had a vacant room, and they very considerately allowed us to check in early without any extra charge, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was well-equipped with amenities; slippers and toothbrushes were provided, and there were several towels. Although a few of the towels were a bit worn, the overall cleanliness was good, so it was probably just an oversight on their part. The bed was very soft, and the comforter and pillows were very comfortable, making for a truly restful sleep. There were three of us – my friend with her son, and myself. The hotel thoughtfully arranged a room with a larger bed for my friend and her son, and a smaller bed for me, which was very considerate. Initially, we accidentally booked a room without a window. When we went to the front desk, the staff informed us that we could cancel the windowless room for free and helped us rebook a nice room with a window. We are truly grateful for their assistance. We didn't book breakfast because we are foreigners, and the breakfast here is very Chinese in style. The hotel even offered to let us check out the breakfast options beforehand. Unfortunately, the taste wasn't really to our liking, so we ultimately decided against it. Wi-Fi was available in the room. When we checked out, we were also able to store our luggage at the hotel, which was very convenient. Overall, the service was excellent, and everything was great. The hotel isn't brand new, but it's generally quite clean. During our stay, housekeeping came to clean the room, replaced all the slippers with new ones, provided new toothbrushes, and even mopped the floor. We all really liked this hotel, especially the service. The staff were very polite and patient with foreign guests, always trying their best to help us. Their attitude was very gentle and friendly, and they often proactively asked if we needed any assistance. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"Thanks to Angel for her super thoughtful service! This time I came to Xiamen to visit my grandma, and I was staying with my parents, making us a party of three. We originally booked a Photographer's Balcony Room, but after communicating, our room was upgraded to a suite on the top floor. Although it didn't have a terrace, the space was incredibly large. I really liked the design of the living room and bedroom being separated for quiet and active areas, and there was even a small half-bath in the living room. The hotel was just renovated last year, so the in-room facilities are very new. While the design retains a Nanyang (Southeast Asian) flair, it also incorporates some modern luxury, like the makeup mirror. The suite felt much cozier in person than in the photos. The bathroom was super big, and it was my first time encountering a shower room that also had a sauna facility. The room amenities were very complete, including bath salts and bubble bath mousse. What was quite interesting was the presence of a yoga mat and small dumbbells. Doing some exercises in the room in the morning, facing Gulangyu Island, was truly an enjoyment. Knowing that there were three of us, an extra bed was set up in advance, and all the amenities were provided in sets of three. Very thoughtful. We arrived around 1 PM, but the room wasn't ready yet. I was also with my grandma, who wasn't checking in but had heard good things and wanted to visit. I'm very grateful to the front desk team and Angel. I hadn't made an appointment to tour the hotel, and I saw that tours only started at 2:30 PM. I was debating whether it would be too hot to wander around Zhongshan Road in the middle of the day or too boring to just wait in the hotel when Angel welcomed us. She gave our group of five a very comprehensive historical introduction to the entire hotel and even specifically took us to see the terrace room type, accompanying us for a full hour. Afterward, it was正好 (just in time) for afternoon tea, and she treated us to afternoon tea for five. After finishing tea, we went back to our room. It truly gave our family a perfect and very pleasant check-in experience. Thank you very much. We had dim sum for dinner at the 7th-floor restaurant, and breakfast was also on the 7th floor. The food was excellent, and the service was good. As an established hotel, Xiamen Lujiang Harbourview Hotel, with its excellent location, can still maintain such facilities, environment, and service. It's a must-visit when in Xiamen; the trip was truly worthwhile. I look forward to staying again on my next visit to Xiamen."

"Found a gem for our family trip to Xiamen! The Weishang Garden Hotel's family room is simply divine. It's in a prime location on Zhongshan Road, with a charming Nanyang retro vibe. Stepping out, you're surrounded by street food and shopping districts. It's super close to the ferry terminal and the Bashi market, saving us a lot of travel time. The room is incredibly spacious, bursting with a playful, child-friendly atmosphere. My kids instantly fell in love with the bunk bed with a slide, and the safety rails gave us parents peace of mind. There were dolls, building blocks, and a small tent – enough to keep the little ones entertained for half the day, meaning we didn't have to keep an eye on them constantly. The room also features a private little balcony, and the faint scent of tea in the corridor made us feel instantly relaxed upon entering. The entire room is equipped with smart devices, and the toiletries were clean and high-quality. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the floor is covered with soft mats, so we didn't have to worry about the kids bumping themselves while running barefoot. Robot delivery is available 24/7, and the concierge was incredibly responsive to our requests. The bedding was soft, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. It's spacious and comfortable enough for a family of three or even families with two children. Our kids were already asking to come back next time we left. This is definitely our top choice for family accommodation!"

"Take the family out to stay in Shuimuleyu, the overall experience is particularly good. The apartment room type is spacious and the price is very good. The room is well done, clean and refreshing, the home appliances are complete, washing machines, refrigerators, smart toilets are all available, and there is a large sofa, which is full of home. The bus station downstairs is very close, convenient to travel, and the ground and basement parking lots can be used. The corridor environment is quiet and tidy, and there will be no noise.
