"We are couple from Hong Kong. We found the location of hotel is excellent. All the staffs of receptionist counter are very helpful, nice & wih good attitude. They all willing & can give us valuable tourist information. Special thanks to Miss 吳， the Manager. She is outstanding. Also, the ladies of housekeeping also provided us high standard services. Just one thing to improve. The setting of cleaning stuffs such as bath oil, shampoo & condition are not user friendly. We don't have energy to press the bottle. Anyway, we will stay it again & recommend my friends to stay there in future."

"Location: Superb location right in Yixing's new CBD, by Dongjiu Lake. It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping with malls like Wanda Plaza and Baibian nearby. Yixing Museum, Art Gallery, and Poly Grand Theatre are all within walking distance. Dining Experience: The 60th-floor restaurant is an absolute must-visit! Breakfast offers a rich variety of options, and you can enjoy a panoramic lake view while you dine. The buffet is incredibly popular, attracting even local residents. It boasts a diverse selection of dishes, and the taste is excellent. Facilities: I highly recommend the indoor heated pool, which features a stunning glass ceiling and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The fitness center is also well-equipped. Service Quality: From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, always ready to assist with any request. The service was top-notch, making the overall experience truly exceptional. Overall, my stay was excellent and it's perfect for both leisure and business trips."

"The ¥300+ double room with two breakfasts, bathtub, and swimming pool felt like a great deal. Everyone was very welcoming, check-in was smooth and quick, and they even gave the kids a small gift. We were especially grateful to Uncle Tan at the door, who helped us carry our luggage to the room and then helped us put it in the car when we left. Our trip to Yixing went very smoothly; we had a great time shopping and a comfortable stay. The only downside was the ¥48 breakfast for the kids, which was a little pricey, but the breakfast environment was excellent, and everything we needed was provided. The wontons were very tasty and delicious."

"The hotel is very new and elegantly furnished. Due to low season, our room was upgraded. Location wise, the hotel was 1 km away from a Yaohan mall with a big supermarket and lots of food options. Breakfast selection in the revolving restaurant was good and we enjoyed our stay there. Hotel staff 小陆 was exceptional in her service and attentiveness. We are impressed with the hospitality shown to us."

"This trip was a completely relaxing getaway. We booked the Orange Crystal Hotel and arrived around 10 AM on Saturday. The hotel was very welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They poured us hot water, and seeing we had a child with us, they upgraded us to a family room. One thoughtful detail was that they provided a pair of adult slippers for our child (in case the smaller slippers wouldn't fit), which touched me deeply. Upon check-in, all the amenities were readily available: a mini-fridge, hairdryer, hand soap, and tea bags – very considerate. The bathroom was spotless, and the drain was fast with no standing water. The bath towels and bathrobes were excellent. We used the gym and laundry room on the third floor and had a great experience. I especially appreciate the help they provided in delivering my laundry to our room. Our takeout was delivered by a robot, which was safe and hygienic. The buffet breakfast on the second day was quite good, offering both Chinese and Western options. Several snacks and drinks were decent. Before leaving, I even took a dragon fruit juice with me. Then, I spent time with my child doing homework in the small lobby on the first floor. The front desk was very helpful in providing us with some scratch paper. Overall, this hotel stay was a fantastic experience, very relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff."

"The first is the problem of rowing rooms. If you don't look at the remarks, if the room type cannot meet the remarks requirements, you can remind it, which is better than not saying a word. The second is the room hygiene. I changed a few rooms. There is always a problem with hygiene. It is not a floor problem, but a sofa and sink problem. The hair is obviously pressed under the bottle. Finally, the cleaning was continued. The floor drain and dental appliances in the shower were not implemented according to the standard. Overall, this is the current contact of the poor Atour, room hygiene is the biggest failure. Service attitude is still there, especially Ai ～ has been following up, although breakfast, fruit, specialties, etc., but still have to be realistic to evaluate. If you don't care about the details of hygiene, the problem is not big, the above is for reference only."

"The location is in the city center, parking in the residential area next to it, the hotel side door is very convenient. The hotel is not big, similar to a fast hotel, but the service is very good, the waiters from the front desk of the hotel to the restaurant are polite and welcoming. Also enthusiastically recommend places to eat around. There are several small restaurants opposite the hotel. The recommended small Shanghai is full of no location, and the other tastes very good. Although the hotel's breakfast variety is not many, the taste is still good. Ozao noodles and small wontons are delicious. Umi still has to taste it. It is very good and very local."

"This hotel is right by Dongjiu Lake, which was perfect for our morning runs along the lake! The room was very spacious, and our lake-view room offered beautiful scenery, making for a very comfortable stay. Parking and dining options nearby were also very convenient. The hotel breakfast was excellent, with healthy options like chicken breast, vegetables, and cheese. The staff were all very polite. We accidentally broke a glass, and when we informed the front desk at check-out, the first thing they asked was if we had cut our hand. Such thoughtful and humane care was truly touching!"

"Because we had children, we were given a free upgrade to suites for both rooms. The hotel was exceptional in every way, including free breakfast and a hot spring bath. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially the front desk lady, Ms. Shen, who even gave us a small gift before leaving. There's a river trekking area not far from the hotel entrance, so afterward, we could return to the hotel and continue our trip with the kids to the hot springs, swim, and more. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was delicious and reasonably priced. A perfect choice for summer water activities with kids."
