"I stayed at ibis Hotel Quito for a three nights and really enjoyed my time there. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a super convenient location — close to restaurants, shops, and easy access to main attractions around the city. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or give local tips. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed — comfy bed, good Wi-Fi, and hot shower (which I really appreciated after a long day out!). Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the coffee was great too. The hotel also felt very safe, which made my stay even more relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience — simple, comfortable, and excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Quito"

The location is also a plus. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Quito's Old Town (United Nations World Heritage Site). It is very convenient to go to San Francisco Church and Independence Square. There are also 24-hour supermarkets and cost-effective local restaurants nearby. Overall, the superstar hotel draws a perfect end to my trip to Quito with comfortable accommodation, intimate service and convenient location. If you come back to this ”city on the equator” next time, this will definitely be my first choice!"

"A nice hotel, a very large room, a shower and a jacuzzi, they brought water and coffee, and gave you an adapter for the outlet. The hairdryer was taped shut, though. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and bubble bath. But there were no slippers or robes. For some reason, there weren't enough towels; they were small, but overall they were adequate and changed daily. I wouldn't recommend their restaurant (in the hotel): the pizza was okay, but the soup and pasta were completely unimpressive, and I felt sick afterwards. It's better to check out nearby places with good ratings and go there. Breakfast is okay, not the most varied, but you won't go hungry."

"I stayed at an apartment hotel for the first time, but the room is large and beautiful and the view from the balcony is great. There is a kitchen, microwave oven and a large refrigerator, which is a wonderful and substantial facility for a long stay. I was told that I couldn't get inside unless I knew the room number, and it took a little time to check in, but the security was too firm and I thought it was reliable. There are big supermarkets and food courts nearby, but it will be closed at 20:00 at night, so early meals are essential. On the contrary, there are plenty of choices for breakfast shops, and there are many delicious shops nearby. The food court in the Inakit market is recommended anyway. I stayed for 3 nights and I was very grateful to be able to spend so comfortable. If there is only one difficulty, the tiles at the entrance of the hotel are too good and it slips considerably when wet in the rain. 3 〜 4 rotation was almost rusty. I think it's better to change it to something of a non-slip material here. However, it is a 5-minute walk from the station, and there is a shopping mall and a common market, so it is safe. I think it is the best apartment hotel."

"The service and care I received from Old town suites Quito is the best that I ever received for all the hotels I have stayed. My flight arrived at Quito in the early morning around 6:40am, I got to the hotel around 7:40am, hotel front desk employee Francisco took my luggages, provided me power cord to charge my phone, and even gave me a delicious breakfast. I felt I have been welcomed into my new home in Quito. The hotel provided milk, yogurt, bread, juice, cheese, eggs, ham, vegetables and fruits for making breakfast yourself or you can tell them ahead of time and they can prepare breakfast for you. I have had amazing experience in this hotel. The hotel location is great and you can walk to old town attractions. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito."

"Choosing this hotel for my business trip to Quito was a fantastic decision! The hotel environment truly lives up to its reputation as a garden hotel. The front desk service was excellent and efficient, the restaurant food was superb, the breakfast buffet was plentiful, and there was even a gym. The hotel is located in a safe area near a large park in the city center, where you can also exercise and take walks. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again next time I have the opportunity to visit Quito. Very satisfied! 👍"

"It is tidy, and security is thorough as you have to use a triple key card. Since it is near La Carolina Park, the surrounding area is safe, and it seemed like a recently built building; the entire place, including the restrooms, was clean, making it a really pleasant stay. Simple cooking utensils are also provided, so you can buy ingredients from outside and cook your own meals."
