"Great location, just 1min walk away from Toyama Station on level 5 of the Maroot building . It’s a perfect base to move around the Tateyama region. The room is on the small side but adequate and well furnished. For tourists who need the iron & ironing board, there are 2 sets per floor that you can use. This is a lifesaver. I’ve had to deal with the trousers presser only at certain hotels, much to my dismay. This was a nice change."

"walking to the hotel from jr station might be hurting your luggage's wheel, anyway, it is inexpensive compare to others hotel with onsen facility. bed is ok, a bit hard, different from other APA hotel branch, can keep the open luggage under the bed. try to choose room not facing rail way, it will be noisy when the train pass thru."

"The front desk service is amazing. The hot spring is very comfortable. The room is clean and hygienic with a dry and wet separation. The mini bar has pudding and mineral water. The breakfast is also very sumptuous. It's just a 15-minute straight walk from Toyama Station. Remember to bring a bath towel when you go to soak in the hot spring!! "Came here to relax with the natural hot spring that Toyama is famous for. The waters here are dark brown like soya sauce. The public bath has several baths including one that is outdoor. There are ample lockers, dressing tables and shower berths. The laundry room is inside the public bath area. They are separate machines from the dryer. While the washing machines are free, it costs money to use the dryer. The shower cubicle in the hotel room has no shower rail to hang laundry to dry. The double bed room has a private cypress wood bath tub. It felt good to soak in onsen water in the morning before breakfast. It’s deep enough for someone tall to sit in. A short walk away is the tram stop. A free tram ride coupon can be obtained from the front desk for international tourists."

"The hotel is conveniently located near Toyama Station. Downstairs, there's a Japanese restaurant and a sushi place, but unfortunately, neither accepts reservations, so you have to queue. There's also a convenience store on the first floor. The front desk is on the second floor, where you can pick up toothbrushes, toothpaste, makeup remover, skincare, tea bags, drip coffee, and bath salts – a really good selection. You need your room card to access the elevators. The room itself is a bit small but quite new, and the layout is pretty efficient. My only complaint is the narrow and long entryway; with a 24-inch suitcase open, only one person can pass through at a time. It would be perfect if that hallway were a bit wider. The bathroom gets a huge thumbs-up! It's spacious, with a separate bathtub and shower, and the shower floor dries very quickly. For room cleaning, you need to put a sign on your door. If you only need fresh towels and trash emptied, you can leave them outside your door in the morning, and they'll hang new ones on the doorknob. They provide two bottles of water daily. Toyama Castle and the 'most beautiful Starbucks' are both within walking distance."

"It's a 10-minute walk from the north exit of Toyama Station, near the Kansui Park, which offers a great environment for evening runs. The receptionist speaks English, so communication isn't a problem. The facilities are a bit old, but still acceptable."

"The hotel is just two blocks from the station. The lobby is quite grand, but the rooms are a bit dated. If you opt out of room cleaning, you get two free bottles of water daily. Breakfast is served on the top floor with views of the snow-capped mountains, and the spread is pretty good, though it does get a bit repetitive if you stay for several days."

The room was very spacious, but the bathroom was a bit small with no counter space. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Free drinks available until 10 PM, which is a great perk!"
