I stopped by while looking for a good value for money hotel, but the bedding was so clean. The location is not very good, but it wasn't a big problem because it was moving by car anyway.

Penatess is an accommodation situated in the countryside, in a peaceful setting. We were there in October, off-season and it was very quiet. It is a bit secluded, so make sure you have some food with you before you come. The view from the room is fantastic and the room is very well equipped. There is a private swimming pool (1,20m) in front of the house, that you can access directly from your terrace and that can be heated. And a sheltered area where you can bbq. Everything is very clean, the water of the swimming pool too. I would certainly recommend this accommodation if you want some lovely quiet romantic holidays. Chungju lake is certainly worth a visit too.

A good motel in the center. Locals use it as an hourly hotel for meetings. Of the minuses - mold in the bathroom under the window, no breakfast, despite the fact that it is included in the price of the room. At the same time, if you book through Koreans, then every morning they hang a sandwich and juice on the door

It was close to Chungju Station, so it was easy to access, but if you come without a car because it is a distance from the surrounding tourist spots, you will have financial damage by using a taxi.

I was here for a business trip in the hot spring village. The hotel gave me a 5,000 won voucher, and the sulfur bath outside was 8,000 won. Breakfast was filling, with free eggs, milk, sandwiches, and orange juice – pretty good for complimentary items! It might be a bit difficult to get here without a car, as it's located in a small village.

River hotel It is okay for a one-night stay. The bed was clean and so was the bathroom. The decorations in the room were awfully dusty. The people were friendly and nice. There were some cereals, bread, and a fried egg for breakfast.

This was my accommodation after hiking Mt. Wolak's Crocodile Peak during a spontaneous holiday trip. I booked it for a low price, so I didn't have high expectations, but it was pleasantly clean and comfortable. The Suanbo Hot Springs were, of course, excellent. I was a bit tired on my third day of travel, but after a half-bath, I felt much better. There's a nearby oden bar perfect for evening drinks and a delicious chicken restaurant, so it was a great place to grab a bite. I'd love to come back again.

We rented two rooms, drove along the road and got tired. The hotel is in some village. Peace and quiet. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is clean. Not bad for this price.

Ramada Chungju Suanbo Hotel counter service is friendly and responds quickly. It's quiet and comfortable, so I like it. The breakfast is neat and delicious, so the adults are satisfied. If there's anything lacking, it's that the cleanliness is a bit lacking. There was a lot of dust on the bedside table, TV sheet, etc., so I had to wipe it with a wet tissue for a long time. Since it's winter, you shouldn't expect underfloor heating. They say they provide heating, but it's always air-conditioned, so I had to wake up several times in the morning to the cold coming up from under the bed. As for the underfloor heating, it's cold in the morning, so I called the counter and they said they would raise the heating temperature over the phone, but that's not something that can be solved in reality.

I occasionally use this accommodation when I go on business trips, and the accommodation is relatively clean and parking is easy, so there was no inconvenience in using it. I will use it again when I come on a business trip in the future.
