"I highly recommend staying in the Seogwipo area; hotels there offer much better value for money. Although this hotel is a bit old-fashioned in its decor, it's well-maintained and clean overall. The room has a balcony with a sea view, and for the price, it definitely exceeded my expectations. Due to personal reasons, I had to postpone my trip by a day, and the Ctrip customer service helped me change the dates for free, which was fantastic service! 👍"

"This is my second time staying at Shin Shin Hotel Seogwipo. It's very well-located, near the bus stop, has many convenience stores within a 150m distance, close to cafes, restaurants, and Seogwipo Olle Market. I also love that there is a washing machine in every room. 🙌🏼 Moreover, they let me checkin a day late since I was stranded in Udo as ferry services between Udon and Jeju were suspended due to strong winds. I'd stay here again and again. 😃"

"Really nice hotel. Our room was huge ! The rooftop pool is heated and is great after a long day of exploration. Location is good, 10min walk from the market and the waterfall.  The only thing is that we required no service and the housekeeper still came and did only one bed out of 2, the next day one of the bathrobes belt was gone which is a bit weird..  I added breakfast one mornging and it was ok. Maybe more continental options would be good (bacon, cheese,etc)  The staff is very helpful and really nice ."

"The rooms are really cozy and quite spacious. If you don't have a car, and you're travelling by bus from the airport, the airport limousine bus stop is right across the hotel. If you do drive, there is a car park too. Some other facilities include a mini lounge with a microwave and tables (for you to dine), and a ”mini-mart” in the hotel lobby in case you're hungry in the middle of the nught :) It is also a walking distance from seogwipo maeil ollie market and cheonjiyon waterfall so location-wise, its not bad 👍🏻👍🏻 Do note that the shower area in the toilet does not have a full door/ cover so the toilet floor can get really wet...."

"Very modern no lobby type of hotel, but the check in was easy and every thing was as per describe! The bathtub and the sea view was the major attraction for us to pick this room, and it not disappointed at all! The only minor down side is the mirror was not being clean due to strong wind, and the hotel communicated that on the lift brochure. The bed was super comfy and my little one having a very good rest throughout the night, while we enjoy the bathtub! Very recommended!"

"Great stay overall. The hotel is in a quiet and convenient location, which made it very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, including the carpark staff. The room was well-maintained, though the carpet could have been cleaner. 2 minor issue was that the toilet light would occasionally switch off unexpectedly and window mesh are not sealed properly that caused the mosquito to fly in. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience."

LLeMon_ningxiaomengMy friend was so impressed when they passed by Parnas Jeju last time that they insisted I had to stay here, and I finally got the chance! It exceeded my expectations~ At check-in, I met Jack Lee, who was incredibly thoughtful and friendly. He upgraded us to a sea-view room! The ocean view from the window was absolutely stunning~ Jeju is truly beautiful when the weather is good! The hotel has its own swimming pool, and even if you don't swim, you can still enjoy the view from the 3rd floor~ The endless blue in front of you brings such a happy feeling! I highly recommend staying here if you're in Seogwipo. There's also a direct bus, number 600, to the airport, which is super convenient~

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a resort, a bit far from the city center, but you can get here by bus route 255. The Giant's Causeway is relatively close, about a 90 RMB taxi ride one way. My ground-floor room has a 'small garden,' but I felt it lacked privacy, as people on the higher floors opposite seemed able to see into my room. The front desk service was average. Shopping downstairs is convenient, but the brand selection isn't extensive, and the resort's restaurants are quite pricey.

HHazelle We had a good 2-night stay here. Although the room is small, it was what we booked based on our budget. They don't provide toothbrushes and toothpaste (according to Jeju law), but there is a CU convenience store near the reception area. They also don't provide slippers, but you can buy them at the reception. The place is clean and near tourist spots like Gwangchigi Beach and the Canola field. It's also one bus ride away from Seongsan Ilchulbong and the ferry port going to Udo Island. You can do your laundry while enjoying karaoke and other games. They have a bar to unwind until, I think, 12 am. A bonus is that the receptionists, both male and female (I forgot their names), are approachable, and they can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. We had specifically booked a mountain view room, but were given a city view room with mountains in the distant background—a view that looked nothing like what was advertised in the hotel’s room listing. When we raised this with the front desk and showed them the discrepancy using a photo comparison (our view vs. the advertised one), we were told that the building had been constructed recently and the room photos hadn’t been updated. However, the buildings obstructing our view clearly appeared not to be new, making that explanation unconvincing. What was even more disappointing was the lack of any effort to rectify the situation. The hotel could have at least offered us an alternative room, even a cheaper one with partial sea and mountain views, but this wasn’t done. We ended up paying a premium for a view that didn’t meet expectations, and left feeling misled. Parking The listing stated free parking, but both nights, the hotel car park was full. We had to park in public areas, and one night, we ended up parking at the roadside due to a lack of space. As foreigners unfamiliar with Korean parking regulations, this caused unnecessary stress—we were worried about the risk of parking fines for potentially illegal parking. Other Concerns There seemed to be extra charges for everything. Only two complimentary bottles of water were provided each night. When we went to the lobby to ask for two paper cups, we were told we had to pay for them. Fortunately, this charge was waived—possibly because they were aware of our parking issue—but it still left a negative impression.

MMary vacationPlace was good and we could park the car well. The parking garage manager was really kind. The hotel has 7 eleven downstairs and also a laundry room if you pay (the wasmachine is really big so you could drop all your clothes at the end of the stay). The only little problem is the room is a bit small. We had quit big suitcases so if you bring big suitcases, book a bigger room or be smart when packing. The location is really nice only 2 minutes from the market and so many food options around the hotel!

GGuest UserCheck in was seamless, there’s a self check in machine! Room was clean, came with all basic amenities. We had shower leak issue and it was quickly resolved after calling the front desk and they sent someone up immediately to replace the shower head. 👍🏻 The only downside is their parking lots are limited (& tight), and some nights we ended up parking at the nearby public multistorey carpark, they did offer to reimburse the fees but it was still a hassle.

GGuest UserFirst of all - the perfect stay, favouriting. This is pretty much a two-floor townhouse with widest possible 3 bed rooms and all facilities included (plus three toilets and bath-tube). Very warm at winter. Very enjoyable stay. A bit of details. The unit is a part of mini-city of similar houses around. It is built right in the forest. The architects were brave enough to keep original trees around, so your windows are looking directly into the forest - with all the singing birds, tree branches nearly touch your windows (btw, the third photo is from one of the windows). It is very silent place, with breathtaking volcano views. From facilities point of view, the project looks like suffered from financial hardship - most of the things in the minicity that were planned - are still on the plan or were outsourced to another companies (though, I am sure, once the project is completed - the price will double at least). There is no restaurant as such (at the time of writing), at or even around the place; swimming pool is largely incomplete. The BBQ mini-room in the center of the house (which is directly under naked sky) totally rot beyond repair, but I admire designers decision to build it. Never saw anything like this before. I bet it can be rebuilt. Deliveries to that area does not work - too far. So if you hungry at night - you don't have too much of options than a ramyon or cooking yourself (saying this, we discovered 이승악식당 next door - saved us greatly at lunch time). Gym equipment looked very rich, though the gym room is a bit disproportional in size - barely fits it all. Btw, we found a great table tennis table there. Overall it's a great civilization escape. Few things to be planned ahead but waking up by the sun shining directly to your eyes - unbeatable. I believe it's the one, where wife's and husband's opinions differ :).

카카말아스가르I went to ICC Jeju for GCIM 2025 conference. This hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance from the ICC. The staff is very cooperative and kind. He can also speak English. The room service and cleaning fascilities are best 👍.

KKai Szetoroom was clean and spacious for 3 adults. if driving, free parking available and self check in/out through a machine at the carpark lobby. Bottles of water provided every day based on number of pax. location is good, with a nearby local market with plenty of food. quite centralised, distance to hallim/ udo/ gapado are averaged 1hr drive away. Downside: there was only small face towels in the room, no normal big size towels. Probably bring your own towels. overall: will come back! good sea views

GGuest UserGood and connvenient location, helpful staff. Parking is limited but there is free overnight parking at the nearby garage. room is clean and good for a solo traveller. However, the walls are rather thin? I could hear the neighbor snoring at night. they also only provide 2 small towels, no normal / large towel. The aircon also does not work during winter (nov-mar) so i had to open the windows but it’s fine.
