"We stayed as a group of 3 and had a great experience. The room had a minimalist design and everything looked brand new. It was very spacious and had a good view, with individual desks provided for each of us, which was a nice touch. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The facilities were also excellent, especially the swimming pool and the free parking. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this place again whenever we visit Penang in the future. Highly recommended!"

Strengths: Room size: Spacious layouts with comfortable beds and sofas, suitable for families or groups. Cleanliness: Rooms are well‑maintained. Value: Affordable compared to similar suite‑style accommodations in Penang. Limitations- Facilities access: Guests cannot use the swimming pool or gym, which are restricted. Food options: Limited dining choices in the area; the hotel itself only offers à la carte breakfast, not a buffet. Break & Stay Suites is best for travelers who prioritize spacious, clean rooms at a reasonable price and don’t mind the absence of leisure facilities or nearby food options. It works well for short stays or event attendees at PWCC Penang, but those seeking a full‑service hotel experience with pool, gym, and dining variety may find it lacking."

"There are two buildings, Building A and Building B. If you're new, please make sure you're in your building. There's one free parking space, perfect for a road trip. Disadvantages: Getting to the multi-level parking might cause motion sickness, and the parking space might be quite far from the elevator, so seniors might need to walk slowly or take breaks. The elevator only goes to your floor, which is relatively safe. Check-in, key collection, and check-out are all smooth experiences. Two bedrooms, one living room, and one bathroom, but the kitchen is a shared area, which might be a little inconvenient (if you accidentally close the living room door, someone will need to open it for you). Other amenities: Fully equipped with hot water, hand soap, dish soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, toilet paper, sheets, sofa, night light, table and chairs, projector, refrigerator, and shelves. The bed is very soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning is strong. Disadvantages: Some bathrooms might be a concern about being seen, but closing the window should solve this. There's no separate wet and dry area, but your clothes won't get wet. There are no slippers, so those wearing socks should be aware."

"Excellent stay! The front desk is open 24/7, which is super convenient. They have a pool and a gym, so you can keep up with your workouts even when traveling. It's also pretty close to George Town, usually just a 15-minute taxi ride. The room was spacious and very clean."

"The location is pretty strategic. If you want a peaceful place to stay, this is it as the place is not in the middle of Georgetown. Amenities such as shower gel (smells really good & they actually sell it), shampoo, washing machine, cooking utensils, induction stove, iron, ironing board, hangers and towels are all provided to be used during our stay (NOT to be taken home). The television is an Android TV so you can watch shows from various platforms such as Netflix, YouTube, VIU and more. The elevators are fully functional and they have 3 for the whole building (it may be slow during the evening due to people going out and having a swim; plus during checkout so plan your time so that you don’t wait too long). The swimming pool is quite congested during the weekends and towels are not provided as this is not a hotel. So remember to bring your own towel, going into the elevator in wet clothes will result in a big fine per person. We got Grab e-Hailing pretty easily here. However, I need to point out that there’s too many contact numbers provided but only one number actually replies to customers. Instead of directing customers to the correct number to enquire, they chose to keep quite and ignore all messages. Even emails are only read, not replied. Please fix this attitude for a better customer experience."

"The room is fully equipped, spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated, giving a warm and welcoming home-away-from-home feeling. It's located in a high-rise residential building within the community, facing the sea, so every morning you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the ocean from the living room. The only minor issue was the communication during check-in. Initially, I could only use QQ email (as I don't have WhatsApp). Luckily, my husband bought a local SIM card and registered a temporary WhatsApp account, which made communication much smoother. Even getting the keys was a bit like a real-life escape room – the instructions were sent via WhatsApp, and we had to follow them to find the mailbox and keys."

"The room was clean and spacious, and my family of four had a very comfortable stay. The butler service was excellent, promptly responding to and handling any requests. The food at the 9th-floor cafe was delicious. I'll definitely book this place again next time! 😊 It's also easy to get a taxi, and it's close to the airport."

"The building has a very proper drop off/pickup point, so calling a cab is very easy for both driver and passenger. Owner gave very clear instructions on how to check in and the security guard was very helpful as well. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. Appliances like the microwave oven, washing machine with detergent provided, water purifier and clean dishwashing sponge, etc. were much appreciated! I especially like the TV box in the living room where there are endless shows to choose from. I’d definitely love to revisit this accommodation if I’m back in Penang again!"
