"Clean and hygienic, with excellent service. They even have a Chinese-speaking front desk, which was a huge help for someone like me with limited English. It's super convenient for getting around; both the bus and subway are just a few minutes away. Plus, all the amenities are really handy."

"This property would have gotten 200% points if they had a better parking system. For a 1st timer, things were so confusing for us. Moreover the access card given to us was not working thus we had to go up and down just to get things sorted out. Parking - from the parking level 7 there are different access to different buildings. Had the security guard was not there, it would have been very hassle for us to find which lift entrance to use. The access card was not working and ended going down again to get it fixed and coming up again. FYI the check in place is not in the same tower as the one which are staying. The parking is not well lit at night so it's kinda scary to go there at night. The property - everything was good and satisfactory at T3 12-02 which is a three-bedroom unit. If I come again, will prefer to use this unit again. Breakfast buffet - this must be the highlight of the stay!!! The taste, varieties and price everything was just so good!!! The service was prompt and friendly, and sufficient people on duty. Very satisfied with it. The rate for adults RM30++ and children RM20++."

"Love the caring staffs, they provide good services to all the customers. Gave birthday surprise to my daughter when we checked in hotel at 11pm. The staffs waited for us to check in and arranged the surprise cake giving ceremony at our room. Thanks again for giving us pleasant stay at this hotel. "I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained with all basic amenities provided. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The location is convenient with easy access to nearby food and transport. "Another unpleasant experience during recent stay. Kinda upset that the hotel didn’t even bother to read my special request that I have indicated in my booking a week before the check in. Regularly staying here for my business trip, and this is not the first time they disappointed me. Reached hotel at 5pm after long business meeting, and been told my room is facing the pool side and at lower floor. I have clearly indicated higher floor and river view which I have been staying in the same floor / same room during each of my stay. But they’re totally not aware I have indicated such request for my booking and ended up I waited for almost 40min++ for them to get another river view room ready for me. Before they do so, they actually asked me to wait until 8pm if I want a river view room which I’m totally speechless. I’ve booked for premier room not standard room, and kinda shocked when I heard that remarks from the receptionist Location is definitely very strategic. I hope the next trip I won’t get disappointed again."

"Rosa Malacca is a beautiful hotel, a designer hotel. Room is spacious. The plug points are a bit awkward as it is not place in a strategic spot where you can easily plug in. I don’t seem to find a central control for the lights near the bed. If you are local or you drive, going in and out of the hotel could be a nightmare on Sat, as its always traffic jam, not a deal breaker if you plan to just walk out instead of drive as there are a lot of restaurant around the hotel for food."

"This hotel just opened two months ago, right by the sea near Portuguese Settlement. I didn't have high expectations initially, but I was so pleasantly surprised! The hotel is backed by the ocean, and there's a clean, beautiful pool right in the courtyard. The breakfast was rich and clean – especially the bread, which clearly wasn't pre-made, and the fruit was super fresh. It felt much more genuine than some of the five-star hotels in downtown Kuala Lumpur! Even at 9 or 10 PM, you could still order food from the hotel restaurant, and the quality here was genuinely high compared to outside options. This morning, the hotel even had a lion dance performance, which added to the festive atmosphere. The hotel manager really pays attention to service details, which is absolutely essential for a great hotel. Having a fresh, high-quality breakfast in the morning is a wonderful start to the day, and you can even swim in the pool after coming back at night. A Grab taxi to Jonker Street is only about 8-10 RM away. It's very quiet at night, with a gentle sea breeze and the pool. It reminded us of beautiful places we'd traveled to before and even brought back memories of my partner's hometown. Because of this, we spontaneously decided to extend our stay for two more nights. Highly recommend everyone to stay here! (The only minor thing to note is that the air conditioning in the rooms can be a bit noisy. Hopefully, they can improve this. It gets quite warm at night, so you need the AC, and it would be great if it didn't blow directly on you.) 1) The room cleanliness and linens were excellent; the towels were tumble-dried, and the sheets were neatly ironed. 2) The staff were warm and friendly. 3) The environment was outstanding, quiet, and beautiful. 4) The breakfast was exquisite and clean. The chicken sausage was the only one with a normal texture among the seven or eight hotels we've stayed at in Malaysia. The à la carte restaurant didn't disappoint either; you could tell the watermelon juice was fresh (many places serve overnight juice). Thank you to the hotel for their dedication, which made our vacation wonderful. If we ever return to Malacca, The Lisbon Malacca will definitely be our top choice."

"Absolutely in ❤️ with VIENTO Redhouse Melaka by Rest Collection ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Last minute plan and we booked the biggest room, for 8 adults....We are only family of 4 btw 😉 Once checked in, we're looking forward the floating bathtub and my kids enjoyed the stay to the max 😍 In addition, the TV projector added a whole different experience for our stay 😊 Overall, staffs are very friendly and warmly welcomed us. We already planned for our next stay because we're been informed, there'll be kids playground & swimming pool by June 2026 👍🏼"

"Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The room was comfortable and cozy, and it was nice to have YouTube available on the TV. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The remote control had no battery, which made it inconvenient to use. The sink was clogged and drained very slowly. Also, there was some trash left inside the fridge, so cleanliness could be improved a little more."
