Family vacation. This five-star hotel has a pool, spa, cafe, and restaurant all in one place, which is very convenient. The service is good, but the parking is downstairs and there's no elevator, so you have to walk up to the second floor to check in. Overall, it's good.

We like this hotel because it’s spacious, with a garden and open-air seating. It’s also surrounded by convenience stores and close to the popular night market.

The hotel is conveniently located near Khon Kaen Railway Station, making it an excellent choice for travellers arriving by train. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is about 1.4 kilometers from Central Khon Kaen. The staff were polite, and if you arrive early, you can store your luggage. The lobby has a nice waiting area. It was excellent! If I get a chance to go to Khon Kaen again, I will definitely stay here.

It's a cheap place if you just need a bed for the night, but if you care about quality at all, definitely skip this one. The facilities are basic and outdated. It's right next to a wholesale market, and check-in at the front desk was incredibly slow. The WiFi password they initially gave us didn't work, and calling them didn't help. We had to go back down to the front desk to get a new one. Such a hassle for something that could have been resolved over the phone.

The hotel is getting more run down every time we visit. Restaurant food made me ill at night. Breakfast was a huge challenge as staff fought to keep the 100 or so students fed at the same time. Already paid for breakfast but wanted to charge me additional for a cappuccino. Parking inadequate and difficult if in a truck. Very disappointing trip. And we will have to seriously reconsider if we will return or shift our alliance to the newly renovated Pullman nearby.

It's good. The bed is wide, and getting around is convenient. The room is clean, and the air conditioning is cool. There's plenty of parking available. The price is very reasonable. My only complaint is that the lighting isn't very bright.

The room is great — clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The atmosphere is relaxing, and everything feels thoughtfully prepared. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is clean enough, had a lovely view of the lake and the beds were comfy, air con worked, and it was decent basic accommodation. The wardrobe doors were broken and the drains smelt from the bathroom, which wasn't the nicest. To be honest the whole place could do with a facelift and a lick of paint but the room we had was spacious and its cheap, simple accommodation. The rooftop is actually very lovely, with views out over the lake and the city. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on that. The staff were friendly with no frills, and we all did our best to communicate with English/Thai barrier.
