The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. "The design is similar to the Tru hotel I have stayed in before, the lobby is spacious, with comfortable tables and chairs, beautiful Christmas trees and decorations, and 24-hour hot water and coffee supply. The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably designed, and the shower had hooks for hanging clothes. The front desk was very friendly."

"When I first walked in it looked great and the staff was friendly and informative. Everything was okay until I went to my room. I proceeded to unpack when I found an obscene amount of ants and knats on one of my beds. I called the front office and he came up to my room bringing me all the clean bed linens and proceeded to take the infested ones away. He didn't say or do anything else he walked out leaving me standing there with clean linens in my arms. So as I started to make the bed up as I am looking for more bugs if any! I found on the upper left corner of the mattress a pretty big size dry blood on the mattress..all of this and never anything said to me about a discount or a new room or anything...I better not have any problems getting my deposit back!"
