"The hotel's facilities are excellent, undeniably so. The bed was very comfortable, everything was almost perfect. If I had to nitpick, it would be that the breakfast selection wasn't extensive enough, and it catered to many tour groups, which isn't up to five-star hotel standards. The pool was too small, and the spa, lunch, and dinner services weren't yet operational. I would still choose to stay here again, and I look forward to a more improved hotel. Mong Cai desperately needs good hotels."

"I stayed at this hotel for three nights due to work. When I first arrived, rooms were quite tight, and only a windowless room was available. The front desk proactively offered to switch me to a different room for the next two nights, which I could do after my first night's stay. True to their word, they did move me to a slightly better room after the first night. Both rooms were similar in size, but the new one had a window, offering much better natural light, which I was very happy about. The overall comfort level of the hotel was high, and the hygiene was also good. The front desk service was particularly warm and thoughtful. Later, I stayed at a more expensive hotel in the city center, and the experience there wasn't as good as this one. While the location isn't ideal, with limited dining and massage options nearby, the affordable room rate makes up for it. The money saved on accommodation was more than enough to cover taxi fares. Staying at a city-center hotel, though it saves on transport, comes at a higher price and doesn't offer as good an experience. So, overall, I'm very satisfied, and if I have the chance to visit again, I would still choose this hotel."

"Нам понравился отель. Приятная атмосфера, я думаю это лучший в округе вариант для семей с детьми. Это был наш первый отель во Вьетнаме. Здесь по-домашнему уютно и хорошо, не хотелось уезжать. Красивый и стильный ремонт, всё новое в отличном состоянии. Чистота, классная горничная, да и весь персонал приятный и отзывчивый. Помогли с разменом валюты во время Тет и забронировать автобус до нашей следующей локации. Понравилось, что можно было стирать, так как ребёнок часто пачкает одежду. Рядом замечательное кафе Лука Пицца, с изумительными бургерами и пиццей с не таким как у нас сыром) Также в шаговой доступности Винмарт+ и Винмарт в Вилком Плаза, что тоже очень удобно. Вокруг тихие улочки, где можно гулять по вечерам. А при солнечной погоде и на пляж можно скататься. Вобщем отличное расположение как и всё остальное"
