I arri ed in Nepal when the event ended so that we could have a week to ourselves, and she had enjoyed the accommodations so much that we cancelled our other plans to stay here. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and modern, with a tranquil courtyard where one can enjoy meals or just sit quietly. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive. The restaurant is excellent, with great food and staff. The location is very convenient and a 3 minute walk to the Patan Darbar Square. We recommend this to anyone needing a welcoming and comfortable place to stay in Lalitpur."

"I booked this room for my parents. Hotel is nice, good location, near Bakhundol and walking distance to BhatBhateni supermarket. Welcome drinks was served upon check in, even for me who wasn't staying there. Staffs were polite and helpful. We also had a dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Food was nice, big portion. The only downside is that the room is quite small, a double bed almost occupies the whole space."

"The overall environment of this resort is quite pleasant, and the large green open space is its main attraction. The staff are generally polite and well-mannered. However, the management seems extremely poor. 1. The rooms are very old and poorly maintained. 2. There’s a strong smell of mold in the rooms. Despite being labeled as non-smoking rooms, most of them reek of cigarette smoke, making it uncomfortable to stay. Even after complaining and getting a room change, all the available rooms had similar issues — mold, smoke, and overpowering air freshener smells. 3. Though there is a telephone in the room, it doesn’t work. When calling the hotel’s number from a mobile phone, they rarely answer. For any help, you have to walk all the way to reception. There’s practically no in-room communication system. The Wi-Fi exists only in name — it doesn’t work. 4. It seems the management has no proper training regarding cleanliness and hygiene. The staff are trying their best, but without adequate tools and supplies, they can only do so much. 5. Basic items were provided in the room, but they were unclean. For example, the electric kettle had limescale buildup (photo attached). 6. The restaurant menu and the food served are totally mismatched. The quality and taste don’t justify even half the price. The breakfast had very limited options. 7. Guests are likely to feel deceived after arriving, judging by the attractive exterior and online ads. The management doesn’t take complaints seriously. If you’re thinking of visiting based on reviews or online promotion, it’s better not to. Most reviews about this resort are negative, and there’s no sign of improvement. It feels like this place is run by people with no idea about the hospitality business. 8. Billing seems to depend on whether or not the guest asks for it. If you don’t ask, you might not get a bill at all. When we requested one, we were told the system was down and to collect it later. But even at checkout, no bill was provided. To conclude, the resort’s advertisements are misleading and feel like a scam. Please don’t fall for them. It’s fine to visit during the day to enjoy the greenery and surroundings — but if you’re planning to stay overnight, be ready to be disappointed. Thank you."

"Πρώτη φορά ταξιδεύω μόνος στη Νεπάλ. Πέντε μέρες έμεινα στο Κατμάν, πρώτα στο Τάμελ, μετά στο Πατάν, δύο νύχτες. Η οδήγηση από το Τάμελ μέχρι το Πατάν θα πάρει 30 λεπτά, περίπου 550 ρούπια. Η πλατεία μπροστά από την πόρτα του ξενοδοχείου; Υπάρχει ένα μικρό λεωφορείο που οδηγεί στο ξενοδοχείο, έτσι αν μπείτε μέσα, το ξενοδοχείο θα βγει από πίσω. Είναι δύσκολο να καταλάβετε, και η βαλίτσα μπορεί να είναι δύσκολο να μεταφερθεί. Υπάρχουν και άλλοι δρόμοι, αλλά ο βράχος. Το δωμάτιο είναι προς την είσοδο στον δεύτερο όροφο, δίπλα στο δωμάτιο είναι μια εξωτερική διαδρομή (οδός προς την αυλή), οπότε ακούτε πολλά φωνή. Είναι ήσυχα το βράδυ, έτσι όσοι θέλουν να χαλαρώσουν στο δωμάτιο την ημέρα, μπορεί να ανησυχούν. Έχει ζεστό ντους, στεγνωτήριο, σαμπάνια, λουτρό, τσάι και νερό. Είναι 2 βράδια, αλλά φτιάχνει κρεβάτι. Έτσι, όταν βγαίνει έξω, νομίζω ότι είναι καλύτερα να βάλουμε μερικά δωμάτια πριν βγει. Η πόρτα του δωματίου είναι χαμηλή, γι' αυτό, αν είστε πάνω από 160 εκατοστά, προσέξτε. Το ταβάνι του δωματίου είναι υψηλό. Δεδομένου ότι το ιστορικό κτίριο ανακαινίζεται, η ροή αέρα και η ψύξη θα δημιουργηθούν τη νύχτα, επειδή μόνο έμμεσα φωτίζει, και είναι σκοτεινή και δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ. Έχει χρώμα 々, αλλά το ρύζι είναι πολύ καλό και είναι δίπλα στην παγκόσμια κληρονομιά, οπότε πιστεύω ότι είναι εύκολο να ταξιδέψεις. Οι νέοι δεν απαντούν καλά επειδή σηκώνονται με μία μεριά."

"First and foremost the name itself is worng!! Hotel Goodwill. Turns out to be Badwill!! We checked may be around 3pm and due to some booking issue from the hotel we were made to wait in the check in area for more than half an hour and the reception guy gave us apology drink for us which was kind of him… The rooms we checked the floor was dirty full of dust,women hair and there was a 2 sharp pins attached to a small wood literally placed at the bottom of the bed..📌📌 The rooms were not spacious as per shown in the official website!! The condition of the the floors was as if it was cleaned several months ago or maybe more than a year!! In the evening we ordered our meal and it was closing time of the hotel but we were told that you can order your meal and there is NO PROBLEM…We told the hotel staff that we will dine in front of the hotel room and we received our evening meal as per our orders and the additional meal we asked to the staff was so late and there was not even a proper lighting for us to serve the food as if were eating under a load shedding schedule..We even asked for the light to be turned on but they just ignored.The additional amount of food that we asked for was brought by the staff was more than 15 minutes later and there was only rice and we were informed that the rest of the items were finished😶😶We requested them for little lentils since the only rice is unacceptable to consume and the order was again late like more than 10 minutes..It was more of a HUMILIATION being a guest but the hall staff was hard working but the management was way too poor and the food service was so bad that we were totally shocked!! The amount we paid and the service we received was awful😖😖 This will be our last stay in this so called goodhell hotel… Learn the word HOSPITALITY first!!"

It was wonderful having a separate bedroom, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed.
