Central location very near BTS and MRT. Good facilities in room and across the property, ATM and convenience store onsite. Clean spacious rooms. consistently very good service. Highly recommended.

가성비 갑입니다. 방 진짜넓어요. 오래됐지만 관리잘했어요. 따뜻한물잘나오고, 수압세고. 다만 변기수압은 낮았지만 오래누르고있으면됩니다. 주변에 싸고좋은 마사지샵이가깝고, 편의점가까움. 리셉션할머니 얘기에 걱정했으나 저한텐 친절했습니다. 많이웃으며 인사를 해서 그런가봐요

部屋も広くて寝るには充分。 周りのマッサージ屋も安く、飲みに出歩くのもとても良い

Been coming to this hotel for a number of years when in Pattaya. It is convenient for when we need to be. The hotel is clean, tidy, well-maintained. In fact this time the air-con broke about 8am one morning and it was fixed by 11am, pretty good really. The only grumble I have is the same one as every time I stay here is the showers - why cant they fit thermostatic valves/mixers like everywhere else (even in other group hotel like LK Royal Wing). You cant mix the water properly and as soon as you add hot water to the shower it just comes out scalding hot. A couple of years ago they put a small sign on the shower glass telling you how to use the shower but it doesn't work. For me this one small change would improve this hotel from 9/10 to 10/10 easily. Other than than, heartily recommend this hotel.

No! Just no! 9 years ago, we stayed here and it was more than worth its 4 Stars! It had a concierge, it had a restaurant! Amazing breakfast, hotel packed, fine dining at night. It was the best! The pool and rooms were absolute luxury! Of course we would book LK again! Right? As it happens the site we booked through said they were fully booked for the two weeks base we needed for our trip to Thailand. So we tried their sister hotel! My previous review of that is on here! Long story short, sister hotel was bad, we got transferred to Lk royal suite where we had stayed previously! OMG how they haven’t had their 4 star rating *****ped is beyond me! Air conditioning didn’t work and when it did it was so pitiful we had to literally drag the bed full length of the room over to the wall mounted machine to get a smidgen of breath of cold air! I can’t express how grim this place was and how grim the LK chain has become. The pools facilities ie sun loungers were soaked and stained and the water was so murky we had to go and get showered after a literal dip! Lucky for us, we spent 10 days travelling islands and the hotel was just a base! But never ever again! The limited staff they had were amazing, I won’t take that away from them, but that’s Thai people all over, friendliest, warmest people! Shame their employers let them down! The hotel chain is a dive!

The hotel is clean and tidy but is a bit outdated in its decor. The spa bath was not working when i tried to use it but filled with water anyway and had a bath without the bubbles. Couldnt be bothered telling the staff but disappointing that it was not checked before hand. Would not go back.
