The rooms are in need of major refurbishment, old and worn out. Everything didn't seem to work. We checked into a family room and did an inspection. -toilet bowl had a stench when opened up the cover -towels fell off the rack and were in the bathtub -both tvs didn't work and needed to call maintenance to come up -hair were found on the old hotel phone -stains all over the couch Plus side -hotel amenities such as gym and pool were good -shuttle to terminal 21 -checkin process was good and the manager made us feel at home I made this booking in a hurry and didn't do enough research and regret instantly

1. Check in process was not as smooth as expected. 3 staffs were at the check in counter and 2 were not doing anything. I was standing in the queue for 5 mins before someone approached me and requested for my passport. Then followed by another 5 mins wait. Welcome drink was super refreshing and tasty! 2. Rooms are clean in general but I noticed that the house keeping staff did not clean the bathtub everyday!!! They did change the towel, make the bed etc but 100% did not wash and clean the bathtub which is unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel 3. Ordered a bottle of wine and fries at the roof top bar, the fries was soggy and salty, wine didn’t taste good either. Items are way too overpriced!! THB200 for a small cup of hot Americano. 4. Really love the pool (with jacuzzi) and view from the rooftop. But security is concerning because you don’t need to tap the room card to access any floors. Possibly people who are not staying in this hotel can access the rooftop and use the pool? Not sure how they check about this. 5. Love the hotel bed and pillows so much! It’s super comfortable and we had a great rest every night! 6. Requested for high floor and quiet room but we were given low floor (level 13) without them even trying to accommodate my request. Booked via trip.com which comes with free late checkout but was informed by the hotel checkin staff that i must check out by 12pm.

Decent hotel with decently sized rooms. Cleanliness is good, very comfortable bed, room is quiet - good quality sleep. Very good water pressure. Good WiFi. I dont' like the ''Dont' do ...!'' signs everywhere. Especially the one about toilet paper. Throwing used toilet paper into an open bin next to toilet is something SO disgusting! And you want to charge me 3000,- THB if I dont do it? Do your job and install proper pipes in your sewage system, like in any other civilized country. Breakfast is good, fresh coffee. Staff actually cleaning tables and being helpful.

Great value for money if you’re on a tight budget. Room was cleaned daily as well as fresh bed linen and towels. The hotel could do with a fresh lick of paint but having been through COVID-19 lockdowns it’s understandable if money is tight for a redecoration. That is only a minor fault. Overall the stay and experience was excellent. The staff are very courteous and dealt with a problem of a Chinese family’s kid urinating by the pool very swiftly!The breakfast was buffet style and eat as much or as little as needed. Very satisfying! Nothing much to fault. Located between Jomtien and Pattaya city so it’s very easy to access these places by 10baht taxi. Will definitely be staying again. Thanks for the wonderful, relaxing and peaceful time.

The hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel room are big and tidy, but as for the toilet shower room is so bad as taking shower the water will flush out and the floor will be very wet. The hotel morning breakfast is good.

If you stay there opposite the street has some bars which will be quite noisy at night but we stayed in building 2 so the sound is not too loud. The place is nice and comfy we rent a bike so it was quite easy to travel around to the Pattaya beach takes about 5-10mins ride.

Front desk service was superb! Arrived at around 11.45am and was told that our room was not ready yet so instead, the kind front desk lady (didn't managed to catch her name) gave us a temporary card to access the pool, gym & entertainment area. Our room was ready approximately 45mins later. Overall, we were very satisfied with our room apart from the flies coming in from the balcony when we open the sliding door. The location of the hotel is also very centralised to many attractions and close enough to the beach. Terminal 21 Pattaya is also located right below the hotel.

I briefly stayed at this hotel after a nip and tuck and I have to say the beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel is very clean. I was hesitant to stay here because it’s a 3 star but it should definitely be at least a 4 star for cleanliness and comfort. I would stay here again.

I booked sea view room double bed, when I arrived they said wait until 2pm to check in. The room was 2 single beds low floor not much sea view. ThenI came to talk to reception they said there were only 2 options: 1) double bed with no sea view, 2) sea view with 2 single beds put together. I have prepaid for sea view room with double bed but I had to accept double bed with no sea view. I am very unhappy with the bad service arrogant attitude of front desk staff.

First and foremost, I should say that I am a fan of Walking Street and nightlife in Pattaya. When I saw Unique Regency Hotel on the map, I was a bit sceptical. I tried it for 3 nights at first as it came highly recommended by my friends who travel to Pattaya very often and stay at this hotel. Upon having stayed the first couple of nights, I decided to extend my stay for 14 more nights. I really liked the fact that the hotel is on the Pratamnak Hill so it is a quick 5 minute ride with motorcycle taxi guys to the Walking Street entrance and Bali Hai Pier as I used the pier a couple of times to go to Coral Island as well. Some 8 to 10 minutes ride to Pattaya Beach or Soi Buakao. The motorcycle taxi guys charge 80 baht to Walking Street or 120 baht to Central Pattaya Beach Mall, Soi Buakao and Pattaya Beach Road. I really like to have fun in Pattaya's nightlife but when I relax, I prefer a hotel in the Pratamnak area which is near to Walking Street but also quiet and has a relaxing atmosphere plus great views and I should say that the Unique Regency Hotel did fit all my requirements. The rooftop pool is absolutely beautiful, a fun pool to enjoy both in day time and evenings, whenever I went up with my newly found friends, they really loved it ;-) The food and drinks on the pool are averagely priced and very delicious, actually very well priced as the tasty food and atmosphere make it even better. The hotel has free shuttle bus service also. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. I used to wake up late but they were still very accommodating to welcome my request to clean my room a bit late ;-) I stayed in the Deluxe room first but then upgraded to Deluxe City View. Whenever I came back with joiners then they registered their photo ids which is a good plus. The hotel is joiner friendly. WiFi is extremely fast, I think it is because they provide the 5G system over their wi-fi. Buffet breakfast could have more items but I hardly woke up early enough to have the breakfast. I always had my brunch separately at the pool on the top floor. I will keep coming back, that's for sure!

We stayed 2 nights in this place the 1st night was fantastic, but in 2nd night I was not able to sleep properly we walk up at the middle of the night someone knocking at our door 3 times and its to loud...we heard commotion outside in our hallway someone's fighting thier voice was loud and door was banging. I was scared and worried specilly we have baby with us and walking up of the noise too. I told my husband no matter what don't open the door. The good things after an hour the hallway was silent again. But then I can't sleep back as it is. Overall very nice locations.

My stay was for relaxation and leisure . Upon arrival, I decided to take a shower to revive from my taxi ride from airport and continued to ave a shave and noticed the basin water was brown after I had finished showering and realised something was wrong when I saw maintenance staff I reported the brown water and they apologised repeatedly and explained repairs were in progress, yet neglected to notify guests not to shower until work had finished. As I explained I had a murky brown water shower I was not impressed by this. Breakfast standards were very basic food mostly catered for Asian cuisine. The rooftop pool was great and captivating to the eye yet the building needs better upkeep also the pool area walking areas were very slippery and upmost caution and dangerous floor can catch you out easily.

Returning from Koh Samet to Bangkok, I decided to book this hotel in Pattaya for a couple of nights to see what all the fuss was about this city knowing that I will just need a room to sleep. Facilities: This is a budget hotel, old and shows a lot of wear and tear. It does not have a pool or gym. You have to pay a deposit of I think 1000 bhat per night at check in. Room: The room itself was clean, spacious, a comfortable large bed, good working air con, flat screen TV, and a larger than usual mini fridge which was not stocked. There was also wi-fi available in the room which I did not use. The highlight of the room was the large sliding doors leading to the balcony which faced the ocean. You feel like you are right on top of the water. I would highly recommend you only book a deluxe sea facing room if possible because it cuts out the street noise completely and also because the standard rooms from what I saw don't have a view at all due to smaller windows located higher up the wall. The room was cleaned daily, no issues with housekeeping. My room was non-smoking but you can smoke in the balcony, ashtray provided. Bathroom: Bathroom was of decent size with a shower over bath, and a glass wall/window looking into the bedroom which can be closed with a blind for privacy. Location: Location is the plus point and the reason I booked this hotel. It is at the end of beach road, a few steps from the entrance to walking street, with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, massage shops and nightclubs all around. There is also a very good restaurant 'Pattaya beer garden' which I highly recommend located below the hotel (this restaurant is not part of the hotel). Negatives: I paid for my deposit in cash and during check out, I forgot to claim it back and the receptionist forgot as well. I realised this only when I reached Bangkok however the Bangkok hotel reception contacted At Sea Residence and requested for a bank transfer into their account. A bit of money was deducted from my deposit to initiate the bank transfer (which was advised by At Sea Residence prior to the transfer) however this was all sorted within a day and most of my deposit was returned. The hotel and rooms although kept clean shows it's age. Conclusion: I would not recommend this hotel to a family or couple, after all it is a 2 star very basic hotel. It is good for solo travellers or a group of guys on a budget to run amok for a few nights in Pattaya, and need a room just to sleep. I personally was not a fan of Pattaya and probably will not return. But if I do return, I will likely book a decent star hotel away from walking street.

The facilities are average, and the price must be put here. The hotel is economical. There is also a very strange thing about this hotel. The quilt does not have a quilt cover, but uses two sheets up and down to sandwich the quilt core. This has never been seen in any hotel I have stayed in, and it is unheard of.

I'm from USA, and I've stayed at Mike Hotel many times since 1998. For 2023 and beyond, it's my ”go to” hotel in Pattaya. I've stayed at many other hotels in Pattaya before finding Mike. Great price, clean rooms, very low to zero street noise, great food, and perfect staff - all located perfectly to beach, restaurants, and nightlife. I consider myself well-traveled, and Mike is simply the best hotel of it's class in Pattaya. It's a budget hotel (not a 5 star, but definitely a solid 3 star) and it's clean and well managed. I look forward to visiting again soon!

Были в данном отеле с 30 ноября по 12 декабря. Отель весьма не однозначный, ниже постараюсь расписать плюсы и минусы. Плюсы. -отель пет-френдли (речь не только про тайских ящерок) и это круто, помимо постояльцев с животными, на территории, живет несколько кошек, к которым можно спокойно подойти и погладить, а днем они, как настоящие львы лежат и мирно спят. Кошки ухоженные, в ошейниках, а одна буквально ходила в манишке после стерилизации, поэтому классических кошачьих проблем до стерилизации быть не должно. -отель отлично расположен, в самом центре Паттайи, в самой ближайшей доступности торговые центры, кафешки, 7/11, массажные салоны, тематические улицы и пляж. До всего остального можно доехать на такси в течении 20-30 минут за 300 рублей максимум. -территория отеля оочень зеленая, а вместе с большим (он правда большой, а точнее глубокий, в основном от 2 до 3 метров) и чистым бассейном, это во многом решает проблему не самого чистого городского пляжа. -уборка в номерах, тут чего-то фантастического нет, но кажется убираются неплохо, меняют полотенца и воду, застилают кровать, стараются все аккуратно разложить. Минусы: -для начала, мы купили стандартный номер и это скорее ошибка, номера этой категории давненько не ремонтировались и выглядят буквально, как в советских провинциальных гостиницах. Где-то есть плесень, холодильник у нас вообще не работал, а горячая вода в душе через проточный нагреватель, который делают ее максимум теплой. При этом, мы еще попросили поменять наш первый номер, потому что он был еще хуже этого описания. А второй наш номер был смежный и если вам так же повезет, будьте готовы к тому, что шумоизоляция между ними нулевая. -персонал с трудом говорит на английском, да, они стараются и нам такого желания было достаточно и мы смогли найти общий язык, но если в вас энтузиазма меньше, может и не выйти. -wi-fi не выдерживает никакой критики, очень слабый сигнал во всех частях отеля Отдельно хочется сказать про завтраки, потому что это не прям минус, но и плюсом их записать трудно. Для начала, они начинаются и заканчиваются достаточно рано с 8:00 до 10:00, в отпуске все таки хочется поспать подольше, но справедливости ради, дедлайн мягкий. По самому завтраку, на протяжении всего отпуска он кажется вообще не менялся, одни и те же продукты, напитки и блюда. Есть яичная станция, где готовят, что захотите и в целом все вкусно, кроме бенедикта, соус, который идет с ним, ужасный. Очевидный минус для нас, что на завтраке из фруктов, были только арбузы и ананасы, они сносного качества, но хотелось какого-то разнообразия, хотя возможно мы были и не в сезон, потому что фрукты в других местах тоже особо не впечатляли. В целом на завтраке было вкусно, но весьма скромно

The Week End Pattaya, formerly Tweet Tweet Nest Pattaya Hotel, is located close to everything that makes Pattaya great, beach, bars, restaurants, boarding for the islands. The rooms are large and the bedding comfortable. The bathrooms are functional and everything is clean. Unfortunately, these positive points are spoiled by some people at the reception who have not yet understood that they are the commercial window of The Weekend Pattaya hotel. These people receive customers with a nonchalance and an indifference which borders on the lack of professional respect. Before, The Week End Pattaya Hotel was a benchmark hotel that could be taken as an example. Today, the hotel seems to be living on its past and the current management seems overwhelmed by the management of the hotel and that of the hotel staff who give the impression of being left to their own devices. When I next stay in Pattaya, I will stay at another hotel.

Good 3/4 star hotel. The rooms are small, but everything you need seems to be there (traveled as a couple). The air conditioner blew well. There was a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. There is free Wi-Fi at the reception; sat in the evenings on instagram, it was funny to watch how Russians and foreigners fill up a hotel with girls of reduced social responsibility. From the PLUSES. Centre. Near the largest shopping center Central Festival, market, embankment, many establishments From the MINUSES. Opposite is a bar with live music. Really NOISY at night. If you get really tired during the day, then pass out normally. If silence is a must for you, then I recommend looking for a quieter place. Noise up to 2-3 nights, and the songs are repeated. By the end of the bon jovi trip, I just hated it :)

The hotel is opposite Chinatown and 600 meters away from the terminal. It is also very close to various shows and the Pattaya Pier. It's also convenient to go to Koh Llan Island. It only takes 8 minutes by motorcycle. It's also convenient to take a songthaew. It's great. There are doormen and waiters downstairs. The safety factor is very high.

Booked for the Thailand Test and Go entry. Compared to other choices in Pattaya available when I booked Nov. 2021 this was inexpensive. Airport pick up was a bit frazzled - no fault of the hotel. It's like a commodities trading floor with all the hotels in one corralled area trying to find their pick-ups. I don't recall how I found my way to the Sunshine Hip driver. Trip to hotel was on time and well done. Upon arrival tested right away and then off to bed. For an arrival at 3am I was concerned about when I would be tested and if my booking was for the night I arrived or the next night. I emailed the hotel many times and finally while in transit received an email that stated my arrival constituted an early check in. Turns out that arrival night was all I needed - test came back 5 hours later and I moved on to my condo. The hotel provided a meal upon arrival and a breakfast. Neither of them were good and fortunately came with fruit. The staff was very friendly and very responsive. My luggage was carried up to my room. Room was clean, seemed well maintained and spacious with a large comfortable bed. I also appreciate the abundant and convenient power outlets (next to and in the headboard of the bed). Everything was as advertised. The location is quite good - 3 min walk to convenience store and a shopping mall. As Pattaya comes back alive this would be a good choice for traveler wanting to be in the center of the greater Pattaya entertainment area.

The location is great, but like other reviews, the facilities are very outdated. The door key is also a key-turned type, and the air conditioner cannot be turned on all the time. However, I recommend it for its cost-effectiveness and location that beats all of that. And the room cleanliness is top notch and I highly recommend it. I think the housekeepers are very meticulous.

Front desk service was superb! Arrived at around 11.45am and was told that our room was not ready yet so instead, the kind front desk lady (didn't managed to catch her name) gave us a temporary card to access the pool, gym & entertainment area. Our room was ready approximately 45mins later. Overall, we were very satisfied with our room apart from the flies coming in from the balcony when we open the sliding door. The location of the hotel is also very centralised to many attractions and close enough to the beach. Terminal 21 Pattaya is also located right below the hotel.

Two weeks ago we returned from our beloved Tai. Thailand has changed in many ways, many cafes, hotels and salons have been closed. Many excursions were not planned. It is not surprising, since Tai opened to tourists only in July. During this time, several new large hotels were built in the north part of Pattaya. Only we return to ”Sunshine Garden” each time. This small but very cozy hotel with a beautiful green area and a cool pool for the eighth time met us with open arms, as well as the sincerity and friendliness of the guys at the reception and the entire staff. Thanks to them, we always felt us as at home. You are not one of the masses of vacationers in the hotel, but a welcome guest, where they are happy to see you and where they try to help you in every possible way, if necessary. It's worth a lot when you get recognized even after three years of absence. A pleasant surprise was a beautiful birthday greeting, although this was not emphasized anywhere. When asked twice for breakfast to cook one dish according to our preferences, all subsequent days they did it for us without reminders. No matter how many times we return to Thailand, we will always stay at our favorite ”Sunshine Garden”. Good luck guys, prosperity and many vacationers. Hope to return back! Had heard and read many good things but actually quite disappointed. The enormous swimming pool is more of a walking pool as is only 1.2m in depth. The breakfast was the most disappointing of any hotel I have stayed in in Thailand if you want European food. The Thai and Indian selection looked pretty good but not sure my Western stomach could have faced some of the dishes. The location to the beach is excellent and agree to try and get a sea facing room. Lovely view. It is quite a walk out of town but there are regular Songthews. The bed is very comfortable but the TV is virtually useless, situated 90 degrees to the bed with an awful selection of channels if not Thai. Never got the pairing function to work. It would have been good if one or two of the reception staff had spoken a little English. Wouldn’t return.

The service attitude is very good. I went there for 5 days and no one was discriminating against Chinese people. The room is huge. The restroom is also clean. Only the bathroom door has some flaws, everything else is fine. This hotel is very convenient to go everywhere. It is recommended that everyone go to Lanpo Seafood Market to buy seafood and process it yourself. Don't eat food stalls at night markets. not fresh. If time doesn't allow. I buy seafood every day. The massage was very good. Cheap. This hotel is just not bad. Recommended. Below are pictures of seafood and massage shops. There are also pictures taken out of the room I stayed in.

Having booked a room with a double bed we got a room with 2 singles pushed together. This fell apart during the night. I went to reception in the morning and said this. The guy on reception sighed , didn’t look up , and said ‘ what …… do ……. You ….. want ….. me …… to ……. Do’ as apparently asking for the room I have booked and paid for is unacceptable. I asked him to fix it and he repeated his slowly worded reply. I asked for his manager and a lady came out. She explained ibis intentionally over book double rooms and that my room was a twin room. I thought we agreed a mattress change to a double mattress, but apparently that was miscommunication ( after another sleep ruined when the bed falls apart ). She explained the following day that the staff put a topper on it , they hadn’t they had put a slightly thicker sheet on it. I’m not angry at her , our conversation got off on the wrong foot due to the ignorance of the first staff member who really needs to either be retrained or removed from a customer facing role.

Perfect in everyday. Book this last minute. Perfect location 2 minutes walk to Soi Buakhow. The staff very helpful and friendly. I asked for extra pillows and they came within 10 minutes of asking . Very comfortable bed and brilliant housekeeping. If I had one little crumble I was with my girlfriend and we often do different things in the day . We asked for 2 room keys but they only had 1 ( old key on a fob) system. So we had to leave and pick up the key from reception everytime which wasn't to much of a bind. We were that impressed we tried to extend our stay by a day but unfortunately it was full. For a cheap clean no frills hotel you can't go far wrong with Nalanta hotel

The hotel has a very new bathtub room. I really love it. The decoration is very nice. There is actually a famer bob co-branded doll in the room🥹. It is very convenient to check in. The Chinese customer service sent me a lot of travel guides and can help me book cheap adult shows😂. The lady also gave me free gifts. I bought a lush starry sky bath ball 🤣❤️ It’s perfect to take a bath while listening to music and watching the sea 😊🏖🌅 The night view is also great 😊🏖🌅 The infinity pool on the top floor is recommended for everyone to take photos. The location is very good and it’s just a few minutes’ walk away from the Central Mall. There are all kinds of things downstairs. It's very convenient to go to restaurants, bars, etc. It saves a lot of taxi rides💰 The room also comes with a Dyson, which is more convenient for hair drying. I stayed here for a week. The most comfortable hotel I stayed in in Thailand. If I hadn't been to Bangkok for something else, I wouldn't have wanted to return😆

We spent four weeks in February into March at the Sirin. We were in a one bedroom junior suite. The lounge area was a great size with a limited kitchen. The bedroom was also a great size with a massive bed, plenty of storage space and also a safe included. Big TV in living area and also one in the bedroom. Good size bathroom, only down side to that was it was a retractable shower above the bath which in my opinion didn’t work as well as a shower cubicle. There was good air on in both living area and bedroom, TBH we didn’t use it that much. There was a good size balcony with a small table and two chairs with great views looking out over Pattaya. In the living area was a dining table, four ring elec appliance, toaster, kettle, combination microwave and also a good size fridge. The only let down was you had all the kitchen appliances but nothing to cook with, there were four plates, two cups and saucers, two spoons and forks, no knives at all, four glasses. When we contacted reception they sent up a frying pan and a fish slice type utensil. We ended up having to buy, sharp cutting knife, saucepan, chopping board, dish towels and sponges etc. This was a serviced apartment and was cleaned, change of towels and bedding twice a week. There was a good size rooftop pool area, shortage of sun beds and a lack of shaded areas, towels were supplied at the pool. The Sirin was spotlessly clean in all areas. The staff were always very friendly and very helpful, a big shout goes out to ALL the reception staff and the two concierge on the door were absolutely outstanding. The Sirin is ideally situated for bars and restaurants on the same road, approx ten minute walk to the beach. There is also a Batt Bus at the hotel which is available for use by the guests to take you to Jomtien or into town. We were in room 703, it was that good we are hoping to book for six weeks next year.

Having stayed here multiple times, we booked this hotel for a long weekend away. Once again, the staff were attentive, room was clean and swimming pool area is nice and chilled. However, on one of the nights we were woken up at 2am by the room next door. A guy had clearly come to Pattaya for the obvious reasons a lot of men do and decided to use this hotel as his base. The women proceeded to sob/scream for an hour, with the man constantly telling here to be quiet and console her. This obviously raised alarm bells, so I rang down to reception asking them to check. They said they would. 20 minutes went by and nothing had changed. Very angrily myself and my partner both walked down to reception from the 4th floor and insisted someone came up immediately. They said they would get security to check. This once again did not happen, but they decided it would be a good idea to call our room telephone to ask why we were complaining. This noise then continued for another 1h30mins, until the male finally fell asleep. This was all due to the connecting door that is in each of the rooms, which leads you directly into the room next door. It is obviously locked, however, as this shows, nose travels very easily that you may as well be in the same room. We spoke to reception in the morning and the only thing they could do for us was give us a later check-out which was pointless as we had to leave anyway.
