The hotel is a bit old but very well maintained. The room is clean. The amenities are excellent. All staffs are very attentive and friendly. The breakfast at the club lounge is not very many choices but good taste and quality. There are many pools to enjoy. The pool side beds are plenty.
I did forget my t-shirts in the closet. The house keeper quickly called me. I was about to leave the hotel then.
Overall very impressed with this stay. I would recommend Club room to all my friends.

Frankly, my stay was fabulous. I will definitely invite my acquaintances to come stay here like I did. The service was impeccable plus this hotel is at a prime location which we can walk to a shopping mall with in only 4 minutes.

Dusit Thani Pattaya was the worst choice during my trip to Thailand and I can't say it has 5 star hotel service. If you want to waste time, please choose this hotel.
We booked a suite for a family trip of 5. Check-in was at 2 o'clock, but I couldn't check in even after waiting for a long time, and the staff informed me that I could check in at 5 o'clock. We had sweated a lot during our previous trip, so we wanted to take a shower after checking in and continue our schedule, but in the end, we canceled all of our afternoon plans and ruined our trip.
In conclusion, I checked in close to 4 o'clock, but one room was still being cleaned, so I had to stay in the room with the cleaning staffs until cleaning was completed. They offered insincere apologies and compensation I did not want. And I was really disappointed by the staff's attitude as if this happened often and that it was no big deal.
We hope that Dusit Thani Pattaya provides improved service through this review.

5명 가족 여행을 위해 스위트룸을 예약했습니다. 2시 체크인인데 한참을 기다려도 체크인이 안됐고 직원이 5시에 체크인 할 수 있다고 안내했습니다. 이전 여행지에서 땀을 많이 흘린 상태라 체크인 후 샤워를 하고 이 후 일정을 소화하고 싶었으나 결론적으로 우리는 오후 일정을 다 취소했고 여행을 망쳤습니다.
결론적으로 4시 가까운 시간에 체크인을 했지만 방 1개는 여전히 청소중이여서 청소가 완료될 때까지 청소하시는 직원분들과 함께 객실에 머물러야 했습니다. 이 들은 성의 없는 사과와 제가 원치 않는 보상을 제공했습니다. 그리고 마치 이런 일이 자주 있었다는 듯, 별 일 아닌 듯한 직원들의 태도에 정말 실망하였습니다 .

The beach surrounding wasn’t as clean. Security staff not very active. Someone told my pregnant wife to take her mask off. When I complained to security nothing was done. So I can see next time I stay I would have to just get in a fight with some pathetic soul who thinks he can go around telling people what they should wear.

The hotel is amazing in door a**osphere is very nice relax and chill. All the staff are friendly.
The location is great walking distance to the shopping mall, night market and especially to the beach.
One thing I think need to improve is the shower temperature is not stable.

The front desk lady was very helpful in getting our rooms replaced when two of our rooms had very severe odor problems. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
