"We spent three nights at the accommodation. It was very cozy, offering the perfect mountain view without any hotels obstructing it. The breakfast was perfect. There was a wide variety, and it tasted delicious, featuring Indian cuisine. You can embark on many excursions from the hotel, and there are several small shops and restaurants around the hotel. The staff is extremely kind, friendly, and very helpful. We felt comfortable and would definitely come back. Thank you!"

As a mother, it’s always reassuring to have a safe space where children can play and unwind after local tours—and this was just perfect. The food truly has no match. "I stayed at Magpie Pachu in May 2025 and it is one of the finest resort property in Pelling. The rooms are spacious and the overall property ambience is quite good. The location is a bit offbeat and away from local market, however the resort area is big enough to explore for a 1 or 2 night stay. The views from the property are amazing as you cab clearly see Kanchenjunga peaks when the sky is clear. There's a possibility that you might to get up early during the monsoon season to witness amazing views of Kanchenjunga, but October to March are the best time to be there. The service was also good and they were quick to respond everytime. As it's a hilly area and no elevators, you will have to walk a bit to reach your rooms but yet the housekeeping team were quick in their services. Lastly, the food was also good, however it also offers non-veg food so we preferred to order our dinners in our rooms and the restaurant service was also commandable."
