"This was such a disappointment. We thought we are going to book a chill resort for a few days but to be honest it was not chill at all. The vibe is all about influencers making the best shots for the followers. The reception is really terrible, not 1 word of English is spoken. Normally not a big problem but they don’t really try to understand you. Food was ok but really overpriced for what you get, facilities looks nice but if you look closer to the jacuzzi for example then it is really dirty water. In earlier comments it was already mentioned so they probably don’t do anything with it. The room was nice decorated but the finishing of the bathroom was definitely not 5 stars. The room didn’t got cleaned and we only received one small bottle of free water. They say that they have super fast internet, this really was not the case. We try to watch something in the room and most of the times it was buffering. We thought on our last day that we would like to chill a bit after check out. This was not possible because they had a load of influencers claiming every spot near the pool. I think it was about promoting themselves. Nothing bad with that off course but do it out of sight of normal paying guests. If you have 20K followers on instagram this is your place to go. If you just want to chill and don’t want to be on everyone’s insta feed don’t come here."

The Boato Hotel

"Boato Hotel is a great relaxing atmosphere. I would suggest it for couples trying to disconnect. It is easy to get to in a car down a somewhat rough road off of the main highway. We did not have any problems in a 2WD SUV. Don't count on being able to get an UBER, and drive or have booked transportation is you are going here. The clubhouse is at the top of the hill with the restaurant and reception. Upon arrival they valet you bags to the LAR/room. The rooms are down a quite steep path that is concrete and runs from the clubhouse to the lake. The rooms are very private, have good amenities/hot water and great views. There is not heater or air conditioner, so be prepared for the climate when you are going. Food is delicious and delivered directly to the room when you want it. All communication can be had in person at reception or via Whatsapp. We did jet skis and massages while there and enjoyed both experiences. During the day we traveled to nearby pueblas since other that the water activities and amenities there is not much to do at the hotel for entertainment. I highly recommend renting a car so that you can enjoy both the hotel and surrounding areas."

"Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλοξενούμενο, ευγενικό και καλωσοριστικό - έκαναν ό,τι μπορούσαν για να καλύψουν κάθε ανάγκη μας. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο και ωραιοποιημένο με όλα όσα χρειάζεστε (συμπεριλαμβανομένου ενός στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών) τα κρεβάτια ήταν τόσο λεπτά και μαλακά και τα κουβέρτα ήταν τέλεια. Και αγαπούσαμε να φάμε στο εστιατόριο - το φαγητό ήταν νόστιμο, φρέσκο, Σας ευχαριστώ για την υπέροχη διαμονή σας! "

"Οι λίμνες και οι κηπουρικές περιοχές, καθώς και οι κοινές περιοχές, είναι εκπληκτικές. Η κακή υποδοχή, όταν ένας επισκέπτης έφτασε στο ξενοδοχείο, της προειδοποίησε πόσο ασεβής ήταν τότε, ότι το άτομο αυτό ήταν υπερβολικά σεβαστό, αλλά κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μου μπορούσα να ελέγξω ότι είναι πράγματι ένα άτομο χωρίς υπηρεσία. Το ξενοδοχείο δεν έχει μέρος να αγοράσει κάτι να πάρει και είναι μακριά από την Γουατεπέ."
