"We checked in on August 1. The property is in a beautiful location, but unfortunately our arrival experience was disappointing. After about four hours, our room was still not cooling down even though the air conditioner had been running continuously. As we were travelling with a toddler, we called the front desk for assistance. We were initially told that the room temperature would be adjusted remotely to 21°C, but nothing changed. When we called back and requested that someone inspect the unit in person, the receptionist instead explained how to use the thermostat, even though we had already tried those steps. During the conversation, her tone came across as irritated, impatient, and dismissive rather than helpful. Instead of listening to our concerns, she repeatedly explained how to use the thermostat, even though we had already followed those steps. She also asked where we had booked our stay, which made us feel uncomfortable, as it seemed to suggest that booking through a third party might affect the service we received. She then placed us on hold, but instead of returning to the call, she disconnected it without any explanation or resolution. Being hung up on while simply trying to resolve an issue with our room felt disrespectful and was the most disappointing part of the experience. When we called again, we requested a refund because of how the situation had been handled. The hotel then offered to move us to a different room, and the air conditioning in the new room worked properly. This made us feel that there may have been an issue with the original room’s AC all along."

"Είχαμε μια μεγάλη διαμονή στα τέσσερα σημεία... ήταν η τελευταία στιγμή που είχαμε κλείσει ένα προηγούμενο ξενοδοχείο... το προσωπικό ήταν τόσο ευγενικό και προσεκτικό και μας βοήθησε πραγματικά να πάρουμε αυτό που χρειαζόμασταν. Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρα και καθαρά, το μικροκυμάτων και το ψυγείο ήταν πολύ εύκολα. Και για την τιμή των δωματίων νομίζω ότι θα πρέπει να περιλαμβάνει πρωινό για να αποζημιωθεί για μια τόσο μικρή πισίνα. Αλλιώς θα ήταν μια μεγάλη διαμονή σε καλή θέση. Θα προτείνω σίγουρα."

"Πραγματικά απολαύσαμε τη διαμονή μας στο Μπαλκόμο, κοντά σε γειτονικά καταστήματα (βρωμαϊκό, Starbucks, Tim Hortons) 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια για την λίμνη Okanagan. Το δωμάτιο είναι καθαρό και ζήτησα επιπλέον πετσέτες, έτσι δεν χρειάζεται να τους ενοχλήσω, χαίρομαι που μας έδωσαν επιπλέον προκαταβολικά. Η καρέκλα του γραφείου έχει λίγη ζημιά που μου χαλάει τα παντελόνια κάθε φορά που κάθομαι εκεί. Δεν μπορούσα να χρησιμοποιήσω την τηλεόραση τους θα ήταν υπέροχο αν υπήρχε netflix ή disney. Απολαμβάνουμε την ζεστή πισίνα. Παρατήρησα ακόμα και την αυριορά βορεάλις κατά τη διάρκεια της δεύτερης μας νύχτας."
