"This place was lovely, it has parking and electric charging.The location is great and the service is very good.They are so helpful. Some drawbacks, the breakfast is not varied and amounted to 3 different types of noodles. Every day, I had the dry numbing noodles, corn bread was lovely, and the sides were nice too, I did try it all. Menu was also limited. This I knew before. I did not mind, However, the bathroom is open to the rest of the room. So somebody showering or using the toilet is visible through the room."

"A friend was visiting from out of town, and I specifically booked a Home Inn near my home for them. I contacted the hotel front desk in advance, and they helped arrange a quiet room. My friend said the room was large, spacious, and very clean. After asking about the price, they were very surprised to find such a good hotel for such a price—it was excellent value for money. The front desk had free coffee and an ice maker with ice, and there was also a laundry room for washing and drying clothes. They were very attentive, providing paper towels and water. "The service was excellent, Check in and check out was smooth and quick. The guy who runs the place went over and beyond. Before we left Chengdu we added the phone number and connected with him on WeChat. He helped check if our train (We bought tickets for Yibin) passed through the nearer train station. He helped to organize a driver for us from Yibin to the hotel. For breakfast the served simple but yummy bamboo noodles. Cleanliness I give them 10/10. The hotel is well maintained, super clean, even under the beds (we moved out 2 beds together). The bed was too comfortable. The pillows were super great. Had a beautiful 2 nights of sleep. The room was spacious. Location is great. A little away from the main area but close enough to walk there. the museum bus station is a few meters away (3 mins walk) and the cable car is 1km away. I suggest walking there, its a beautiful walk surrounded b bamboo. The guy who runs the place helped us to map the route to the places we wanted to see. I would stay here again."

"Their house is located halfway up the mountain, very close by bus from the west gate. The bus stop at the entrance requires a short wait, but you can flag it down. Driving is recommended for more freedom. The rooms are very clean, and the owner and grandma's fried rice is especially delicious. We stayed in a room with a super large balcony and a fantastic view, surrounded by lush bamboo. This place is perfect for quiet tea drinking, meditation, and relaxation. "My parents came from Mianyang, and I took them to see the famous Shunan Bamboo Sea scenic area in Yibin. I had stayed at Diecui Bieyuan before, when I brought friends from Chongqing, and I was extremely satisfied with my first stay – the experience was excellent in every aspect, and the service was exceptional. This time, I originally wanted to take my family to experience different guesthouses, but after considering various options, I still felt this place was the best, so we stayed here again. My family likes to cook, so we brought our own equipment for barbecue and hot pot. "Excellent host. Helpful in providing advice, recommending good foods. On arrival for my 4 day stay, I decided to extend another day. Location is convenient to reach most of the places of interest. Knowing my interest in hiking, the host recommend very good route for me to enjoy the attractions. The place is well kept and comfortable and all the staff are very attentive and accommodating."

"Service: I really have to complain about this. Don't listen to that auntie downstairs. I suggest booking on-site because they're different from others; once you book, it's non-refundable if you don't stay (it says free refunds within a few minutes, no refunds after that, and we only found this out later). The staff initially said it was refundable because of a location issue, but even after we went downstairs, it was still non-refundable. We contacted Ctrip multiple times, and they said the hotel owner told us to contact them. The owner then said the gist was no refund unless we stayed. The person who contacted us downstairs even suggested we eat at their restaurant. Otherwise, it was okay. Especially the front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. Environment: The 199 package only covers the first floor, which has a lot of mosquitoes. I don't recommend using the 199 booking; the mosquitoes are plentiful and the environment is bad. I also suggest rooms on the 4th or 5th floors with enclosed windows. Rooms without enclosed windows also have a lot of mosquitoes. The 4th and 5th floors are a bit more expensive. I don't recommend the private hot spring rooms; the tub there wasn't clean, with a lot of limescale. Cleanliness: I didn't check the other cleanliness details when I went, but the private hot spring in the room was subpar. It was a bit disappointing. We originally went there for this, but later we didn't want it anymore. Facilities: There's free parking, but you might need to be a little careful because the slope is quite steep. Pay attention to your driving style and turning angles when going up and down the slope to avoid scraping the undercarriage. I scraped mine, and several metal bolts on the undercarriage were scraped off. One of those bolts damaged my oil pan, causing a slight oil leak. I won't comment on the other aspects since I didn't experience them. Please only book if you're sure you'll be staying. If you're unsure, I suggest not booking. No refunds! No refunds! No refunds! "Located within the scenic area, the environment is incredibly comfortable. Children can play on the slides, collect eggs, and dig for bamboo shoots in the backyard without even leaving the hotel. It's less than a 10-minute drive to see pandas up close! The hotel itself also has a billiards room, a mini gym/yoga room, a karaoke room, and a children's karaoke room – so thoughtful! Adults and children can play separately, allowing several families with kids to relax without worrying about the kids. Although it's still winter, the bamboo forest scenery is still stunning. You can sunbathe on the rooftop, watch the sunset, and enjoy tea or coffee. The rooms are cozy and clean, with children's slippers and toothbrushes. There's underfloor heating, so it's not cold in winter. The bedding is very comfortable, and the nights are very quiet – crucial for anyone with sleep problems! The hotel also has a restaurant where, in addition to breakfast, you can still enjoy delicious hot pot and Sichuan cuisine. Having stayed at many family-friendly hotels, this is arguably the best I've ever stayed at! The guesthouse owner was very thoughtful; we came before the ***** New Year, and they even gave us snacks the kids love when we left! We'll definitely come back sometime!"
