"LOVED staying here. I had a great welcome from the Receptionist, Rino - he gave me all the info I needed, and looked after my bags when I arrived before I went to the beach. He even called to tell me my room was ready early - but please note this might not happen each time. The hotel smelt nice when you entered the reception. It was so clean and fresh. The decor is lovely. The restaurant is huge with lots of seating. The gym and pool are great. So are the saunas which have an adults room for chilling in. The hotel is on the beach and I went in June so not crowded at all. Shout out to Rino, Ali, Barbara and Monika too for all their help and for a great stay. Please do check the timings for the buses carefully though as the bus schedule is very infrequent as it is based in Petrcane, not in Zadar itself. But it is a lovely village to holiday in, I really enjoyed the sunsets and the nights walking around, and it is not far from Punta Skala beach which I went to twice. They can organise excursions too to national parks and other tours if you wanted"

"Προσοχή! Αυτή τη στιγμή υπάρχει μια τοποθεσία κτιρίου. Υπάρχουν άλλα καταλύματα διαμονής που κατασκευάζονται ακριβώς μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο. Αλλά δεν σημειώνεται εκ των προτέρων κατά την κράτηση. Έτσι, δεν ρυθμίζει την ώρα των idylles που διαφημίζονται. Οι εργάτες ξεκινούν στις 5:30 το πρωί λόγω των θερμοκρασιών... και φτιάχνουν θόρυβο όταν κάθεσαι στο μπαλκόνι και στην παραλία... και περνάς σε όμορφες ιντιλικές λεκάνες. Οι άλλοι καλεσμένοι μπόρεσαν να πάρουν μια ολισθητική κίνηση στην ιστοσελίδα, ήθελα να το χειριστώ μέσω της κεντρικής και εποικοδομητικής, και μετά από 1 μήνα, δεν πήρα καν ένα τυπικό γράμμα συγγνώμης από το Falkenstein Central. Θα κάνετε επίσης αυτόματα κράτηση ενός ποτού των 10 ευρώ ανά νύχτα στο λογαριασμό. Φυσικά, μπορείτε να τους αφήσετε να ακυρώσουν αμέσως, αλλά η προσπάθεια να εισαγάγουν αμερικανικές συνθήκες εδώ θεωρώ απαράδεκτη για τις τιμές των δωματίων και για την άλλη όχι τόσο μεγάλη υπηρεσία (πλεονάζον προσωπικό του FrontOffice, κλπ.). Αλλά, δυστυχώς, μερικά σημεία έκαναν την παραμονή άνετη."
