The location of the hotel is very good. On the left hand side is the town hall. On the right side, a few streets are the Independence Palace. The opposite is Marriott. There are delicious coffee and bread downstairs. It is very convenient to eat and go shopping.

Visit Philadelphia every year and always would stay at Ritz Carlton. This weekend was booked so decided to try the Sofitel and so glad I did. This is our new home when we come to Philly for sports and entertainment. The staff and service is top notch. Ivan the concierge was absolutely wonderful in helping me with surprises for my son for his 21st birthday. He arranged and beautiful balloon bouquet as well as a bottle of chilled champagne and a very nice note. He also was so helpful with restaurant and bar selections and was a wealth of helpful knowledge. The front desk personnel were very pleasant and the rooms and amenities were all great (including the downstairs bar/restaurant). Last but not least the location near Rittenhouse square was very safe and a wonderful area for restaurants, shopping and bars just a short walk away. We look forward to our next trip to Philly and Ivan and the staff I know will be there with open arms. Thank you again for your help.

The hotel was Charlene and the very nice gentleman check me in was awesome. The food at hotel was very good The room was great I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton suite Philadelphia Airport.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is surrounded by historical and cultural attractions and former residences of celebrities in Philadelphia. It is a ten-minute walk from Chinatown. It is very convenient to eat Chinese food. There are many large shopping malls around. The factory stores of Nike and Columbia are worth visiting. The hotel rooms are large and the service is good , Anyway, I personally feel pretty good.

Was celebrating my brother's birthday. Fran in reservations took note of the special occasion, so a card and a banner were placed in room prior to us checking in. F&B /IRD isn't fully restored but we're still in post COVID world so not unexpected. This is a 3/3.5 star hotel, and assuming i am grading within that scale, i would give it a 4 overall.

They always recognize us as returning guests, upgraded our room, and provided multiple amenities over the course of our 8-night stay. Housekeeping is very conscientious and responsive to any request. When our waiter forgot to put our breakfast order in, he comped our beverages, even though it was actually better for us as we had a late-arriving guest joining us, and we appreciated that they didn't rush us or have a problem with that. Even when I inquired about late checkout on a day I knew they were sold out, instead of just saying no, they apologized that they could only give me an extra half hour. That gracious response speaks volumes to their customer service approach, and makes the guest feel valued. The location is good, and the house car service is much appreciated. I can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else in Philadelphia.
