Generally looks clean, but we found a pair of underwear and used towel beside the couch (at the corner of the room)… there was also a foul sewage smell from presumably the sink. Didn’t have amenities such as hair dryer, toothbrush/toothpaste kit nor room slippers but that’s alright given the price. Would be good if there’s a rubbish bin in the room below the desk rather than only one small one in the bathroom.

The 9 storey Lanna style hotel has been operating for over 30 years. It is located in the center of Phrae city with only 1 km walk to Pratoo Chai night market. Though our room might look old, it was clean and everything functioned properly. Breakfast was in à la carte. We chose American breakfast and fried rice with pork. They were delicious. I think 700 baht/night including breakfast is worth spending. Recommend.

This small hotel complex is full of promises with its beautiful architecture and modern and comfortable rooms. The hotel is very comfortable and has a very comfortable bed and a very modern climate. This Guest House was truly original; this amazing place was not only a guest house but a museum to. The owner and his family were welcoming and friendly and offered us a great stay and experience. The bedroom was comfortable and clean and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was Thai and so tasty. It was within walking distance of all the sights to see in the old city and bicycles were available. The owner Thep showed us all the antiques he had collected over the years and they were super impressive. I would highly recommend this Guest House.
