It’s a great hotel from the perspective of its location, staff willingness to service, easy communication in English, facilities, like nice cabanas, huge pool, and an overall nice ambience. However, the hotel makes itself appear like a cheap or a budget hotels in certain areas, for instance in the bathroom, there’s a cheap shampoo and no body wash; amenities like razor kits or combs are not provided unless you ask specifically for them – this is quite common in much lower category hotels as well. The key is lost there is usually no additional cost, but in this case, a lost key was charged at VND 100, which is not even informed before.

Hotel have a good location, near the airport. Is super clean, and have a nice breakfast with western and Vietnamese options. The hotel amenities were nice and in a very good condition. Swimming pool have a beautiful view to the beach!
There are 3 good options of restaurants with affordable prices! The staffs were super kind!

Very nice pool; beach and staff! Even restaurants are good and tasty food! Nice welcome-drink and view from the lobby!
BUT: you can’t sleep at night. Head the neighbors taking, walking and the toilets running. It’s a bit sad for this price. And not relaxing at all!
