We loved the apar**ent and the location. It was a fantastic spot. However, the service was lacking. I was told that we could check in early and they gave me info about accessing the room via a lock box. The info listed the room's name and told me steps to find it. We were able to get in easily. However, after we took a nap and I was about to hop in the shower, I heard a knock on the door and someone was screaming at my husband. It turns out that they told us the wrong room and the woman was acting like we were in the wrong and broke into the room. When we explained that we were in the room that we were supposed to be in according to directions, she finally calmed down and "apologized" by saying it wasn't her fault but her coworker's. It was extremely off-putting, and though we liked the real room better because it was bigger, she didn't truly accept responsibility for yelling at us and making it seem like we did something wrong. I could never feel comfortable there after that, and I heard her yelling at other people multiple times during our stay. I don't think I'd recommend this hotel to friends because I don't trust the staff. Despite loving everything else, I wouldn't want to stay here again.

Lovely, secluded property with excellent facilities. Very close to the main street, dining options and principal sites. Highly recommended.

Great place. Plenty of room and in the middle of old town. Free parking 300m away. Perfect place.

A great place to stay in the middle of Pienza

Very well located hotel in the center of Pienza, close to everything. Nice garden to sit outside the rooms. Rosella was really nice and helpful for everything... all restaurants are close by and convenient. Loved staying there.

We try to go to Italy every year. When we go to Italy, we always go to Pienza, When we go to Pienza, we always stay here. The Rooms are comfortable and the garden is wonderful for eating al fresco or just relaxing with a drink. There is an on-site washing machine and drying racks. There is a choice between several apar**ents and rooms. The day to day operation is run by Rosella, who is a pleasant ball of energy. The owner, Marco, is very accommodating and available to fix any problems. The garden has tables and lounge chairs for you to enjoy the out doors. This year we stayed there twice. Once at the beginning of our trip and once at the end. Both times for more that a week. We actually try to plan our vacation around staying here.

Ruhige Unterkunft in stilvoll eingerichteten Haus mit schönem großem anlegten Garten am Altstadtrand. Die Unkunft liegt fußläufig in unmittelbarer Nähe zum zentalen Platz. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kaffee, Tee und ein süßes Frühstück mit Fruchtjoghurt kann im Zimmer selbst zusammen gestellt werden.
