"This B&B is the highlight of this European trip! We set off from Florence at four in the afternoon and booked this B&B on the highway before dark. We rushed to the farm and the boss left us a message in advance to call him when we arrived. He was nearby. When we met, the boss said that he had spent some time in Shenzhen, and the intimacy instantly increased. The two-bedroom suite we booked has two floors. All the olive oil used in the toiletries in the room is produced on the farm. When we left, we brought 9 bottles of shower gel and body lotion. Breakfast will be selected the night before, delivered to the room the next morning, and removed after the meal is completed. We didn't want to cause trouble to anyone, so we went downstairs to the restaurant for breakfast for the next two days. The boss understood our demands and specially arranged for us to dig truffles the next day, with professional hunters, hunting dogs, and shotguns. The hunter only speaks Italian, and the owner of the B&B is proficient in English, French, and Spanish. He translated for us and accompanied us on the trip. In just two hours, we learned a lot. I believe many people will yearn for this experience and it is worth recommending! The temperature in Tuscany in February is more than ten degrees Celsius, and the sunny slopes are full of greenery. Our three-day stay here completed our 21-day vacation! Will still stay here next time! 😄😄"

"Excellent hotel, professionally run on a low key basis. Perfect position for a 2-3 minute stroll into the charming centre of Pienza . Spotlessly clean, great rooms and a fridge. Continental Breakfast was excellent too. Lovely clean pool and immaculately kept grounds. Would highly recommend. "

"We stayed four nights at this beautiful family-run agriturismo in Montichiello and it was our favourite stay in Italy. The garden cottage was spotless, with a very comfy bed, great air conditioning, a newly renovated bathroom, and a small kitchen – perfect for preparing our own meals. We also had our own parking space on the property, which made everything even more convenient. The setting was peaceful, with only birdsong and cicadas in the background, and the village itself is incredibly charming with great restaurants and a wine bar nearby. Guido, the host, had broken his leg but was very helpful via WhatsApp, and his aunt took care of us (only in Italian!) and served homemade breakfast with delicious scrambled eggs and bacon. Since we don’t eat pastries or white bread, we missed some variety like yoghurt or fruit, but a small shop just two minutes away had what we needed. You’ll need a car – there’s no public transport – but it’s easy to explore nearby towns like Pienza and Montepulciano. We would love to return and highly recommend this peaceful and authentic Tuscan stay. We were super happy with everything. The only things we might have wished for were a bit more variety at breakfast and a couple of better knives for cooking."
