"Checked in on May Day, very lively! Weddings, full moon celebrations, dance competitions, banquets. All gathered together, accommodation and dining are as good as always at Buckingham Palace. Very pleasant stay! There are more than ten elevators going up and down the floors, and the room card can only be used on a single floor. The facilities in the room are luxurious, and the smart toilet is a surprise! The bed is comfortable, and the refrigerator is powerful. Buckingham Palace has some quality that is better than some international five-star hotels, and the price-performance ratio is very good! Coffee and tea are charged. "The Daming Lake is right next door, and everything else was great. I accidentally left some items behind after checking out, and the front desk staff, Xiao Liu, was very helpful and mailed them to me. Many thanks! The only downside is that parking isn't very plentiful; it's often hard to find a spot in the underground garage."

"The room was clean and spacious, and the view from the 29th floor was excellent. YOYO at the front desk was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions. All the hotel staff greeted guests warmly and were very enthusiastic. The duty manager even called during our stay to check if we needed any assistance. Parking in the underground garage was also very convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!"

"The hotel we stayed at this time is far from the work we are going to.  But the environment is very good. There are many Japanese, Korean, and  Chinese cuisine opposite, so it is quite convenient.  There is flower tea, coffee, tea on the first floor of the hotel. For drinks for guests to use for free  It's really great!  Although there is only one service staff, but please ask them to send packages and housekeeping processing. They are very implemented. The intimacy is very good.  This time there was a problem with the first day of the room, but the counter staff immediately helped us change a new one. Thank you very much 🙏. The room is well lit and has air-conditioning and heating. The overall rental feels very good!  The price is also very close to the people~"

"This hotel gave me a very good overall impression. Xiao Zou, who checked me in at the front desk, was enthusiastic and the check-in was quick. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large, and the facilities were complete and easy to use. "Atour Hotel is consistently excellent. The lobby is clean, and the room is quiet and comfortable. The front desk lady at this location was particularly enthusiastic. When my child was crying while taking medicine, she even gave them a small gift, which the child loved and immediately stopped crying! 😆😆😆 Next time I come to Pinghu, I'll definitely stay at this Atour Hotel again. I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, but the scenery in Pinghu is also beautiful 😊"

"The ceiling is very high. I found that the advantages of the high ceiling are 1. It is quiet 2. It makes you feel comfortable. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff are very enthusiastic. Although I gave it 5 points, I have a small opinion. The small refrigerator is in the cabinet and it is not easy to dissipate heat. It causes a constant buzzing sound, which affects my sleep at night. It is quite noisy, so I unplugged the power supply. I don't know if it is a quality problem of this small refrigerator."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the staff's warmth, and check-in was super fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bed soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height. The bathroom facilities were complete and new, with plenty of hot water. The hotel breakfast was decent. It's a convenient 25-minute drive to Aloha Water Park, and we also visited the nearby Ruins Cafe, which was quite unique. The 2 days we stayed here were truly comfortable, and the service staff were incredibly enthusiastic. There's even table tennis and snooker on the 3rd floor! Staying in a family room with kids is really a great choice!"

"The bathtub in this room is incredible! After a long day at Legoland, soaking in it was pure bliss. They even provide disposable bathtub liners and toilet seat covers. It's so clean and hygienic! The hotel also thoughtfully provided earplugs, which is a fantastic detail. There's a woman at the front desk, I think she's the lobby manager, who is super beautiful and incredibly helpful. We booked a family room, and even though we had an extra person, they waived the breakfast fee. She also gave us great tips on local attractions, telling us what's worth seeing and what to avoid, which helped us dodge some potential disappointments. The room they arranged for us was also excellent. We'll definitely be back next time!"
