We stayed for 5 nights during a mixed weather period but throughout the service was excellent, helping us with day trips and walks. The food was very good and the location for us was just right. Others may want to be close to the sea but on our visits to the coast it was busy and a chilly wind was blowing. Our room was kept clean and tidy throughout and pool towels were provided in the room and by the pool. An array of Spanish and overseas guests made breakfast friendly and enjoyable without the need to be best buddies.

The hotel is located in an old residence which has been completely renovated. Renovation sometimes favors design to the detriment of practical aspect The high price is probably justified by the presence of wellness.

Loved this place. Pollenca was quiet during this time and so was the hotel - and I loved the peace and quiet of the place. The rooms are cosy (I had a view of the pool), the lounge area is lush - really enjoyed hanging around there reading and the breakfast was wonderful. Staff were friendly and attentive. I would definitely return if I’m ever in Pollenca again.

We cannot recommend the Can Auli highly enough! We have stayed there many times from 2022 to 2024 while having our house in Pollensa renovated and it is truly like a second home to us. The staff are professional, friendly and accommodating and every request is responded to quickly and with a smile. The location is perfect in the town and all the facilities and food are to a high standard...it's just a very relaxing place to stay!

Without question the best hotel in Pollenca, and almost certainly one of the best on the island. Can Auli is a small, boutique hotel located in a narrow street a few minutes’ walk from Pollenca’s main square, ideally positioned for everything that this beautiful market town has to offer. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed, with the highest quality fittings and some lovely touches that show they really care about their clients. The public areas are nicely furnished and, in particular, the outside terrace is a lovely place to take a drink at sundown (or any time come to that!). The pool is also very smart and big enough to cool off after relaxing day on one of the comfy sun loungers. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. They provide a really high quality service with a personal touch, making you feel like you are their guests rather than just another client. The food is excellent too, with a decent choice and fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We have stayed at Can Auli four times now and each time is as good as the last. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly.

Extremely tastefull design, fantastic staff Centrally placed for city walks and restaurants Parking facikities are not good, especially for people who are not able to walk 10 minutes to parking area No sun at the pool due to the surrounding buildings

We loved it. Amazing comfy beds, wonderful breakfasts, fantastic staff, beautiful pool and a fabulous location in Pollença. Peaceful and beautiful classy decor. Great if you are a cyclist as there is a separate bike garage and it's well place for all the famous climbs.

Comfortable beds. Very quiet rooms. Great breakfast selection. We were not sure if the restaurant menu is seasonal as there was only two hot dishes from a large menu on offer. very disappointing. I stayed in a suite which came with a complimentary car transfer to the hotel from Palma. Unfortunately, this transfer is one way only. We had to manage our own way back into Palma. Having paid top price for the room, It would of been great gesture to have the transfer both ways.

We absolutely loved this hotel.. The room, the suite on the top with a private terrace was beautiful and felt like a "home" away immediately. Loved the space of it.. The pool area was nice and quiet, though very few sunbeds, so one needed to be early out to secure one, if sunbathing is what you want to do for the day. The location of the hotel is perfect, short walk to the best part of Pollenca, and if you come by car there is a large parking lot, for free, very close by. The staff at the hotel is the best there is. Very attentive, always there to help you, and so discrete. They also tip you with the best restaurant tips. The breakfast was lovely, but the concept of it could have been explained a bit better the first day. We will for sure come again.
