"The location of the hotel is right in the center of town which is fun but noisy if sleep is on your agenda. The rooms are small but very well designed, however, with two people sharing a room you practically have to go in the hall to change your mind. The breakfast spread and the bar are unmemorable. The staff are very helpful and the hotel has a good vibe,"

"A very cozy, comfortable and quiet hotel, suitable for a short vacation of three days and two nights. The rooms in the renovated old house have a unique style that combines the old and the new; the owner Nicolas and the service staff are very nice. It is a 20-minute drive from Pollensa Port. The Tormentor Beach recommended by Nicolas is very beautiful and the security is good! The only thing is that if you are in a hurry and want to be served efficiently, this is the best choice; it is more suitable for a slow pace."

"We had a great 3 night stay in Boutique Hotel Oriola, check in was very smooth and reception staff were excellent at recommending restaurants. Room was nice (103) and a great shower, breakfast tad simple but a good start to the day. Limited number of restaurants around the resort but we had some nice meals out, everything does seem to close early ish, but that was fine for us. More than happy to return."

"I came back today from a 7 night stay with my husband and 6 year old daughter.. we wouldn't stay again due to the negative parts of my review but were some things we really enjoyed. 1 location- great location right on the beach and we had a sea view which was very nice. 2 facilities- mostly good, the pool was huge and really nice and splash area great with 5 slides and loved those. They told us the spa was hot so we didnt go in (it was boiling hot outside!?) And I felt was missing some key things like there waa no shop om site for snacks, sun cream etc, resturant was only a canteen and no outside seating to eat meal. The bufallo grill looked so basic on plastic chairs in pool area we didnt book. 3 FOOD- we found this the biggest lwt down and reason we wouldn't return. It was not 4 star food... lots of the food was cheap / poor quality and I am not fussy! Its the least variety ive seen at any hotel abroad and I love desserts and they were all.mostly jelly, mousse, all mushy and quite bland. We were very disappointed by the food. Drinks- i love a cocktail but I found these horrible! They are slushy premade really strong and sweet and I could not drink any. Entertainment- day entertainment is great. The team were fun especially Guiseppe, chloe loved him. Lots on in day including water polo, dancing in pool etc and loved it. Evening wasnt great with tribute acts more like a karaoke act and nobody was bothered. The reptile show and acrobat show were much better. Staff- most of the staff were pleasant but some behind the bar were not friendly.at all. They were always cleaning and clearing plates and cups which was great. Our room was clean and quiet snd very happy.to have 3 single beds!! Unfortunately the poor food let it down."

"6th visit to this hotel now and never disappoints... although dwarfed by the neighbouring hotel the don Miguel offers a very friendly atmosphere..always willing to go out of their way to help and just so friendly...I will again highly recommend this place and thanks for the warm welcome again..we will c u again next may"

"Owners friendly but no one to meet us when arrived had to ring them to find out where keys were 3/4 of the party are in late 50's we were on top floor which was a haul up the stairs with our cases the room was lovely and clean but fairly small not big enough for 4 adults to share in my opinion had 1 bed room and a sofa and a sofa bed the sofa broke when we told Sebastian he didn't even ask if person was ok just said I will fix it which he did straight away.the cleaner came in once all week and only changed the towels and emptied the bins no clean bedding even though it was hot and sweaty the swimming pool was on little side the kitchen wasnt the best the hot rings took over an hour to cook bacon , bathroom was lovely but if on larger side the toilet was a squeeze chairs on patio are flimsy but you get what you pay for in a great location. Advert say there's a cafe on site but there isn't one ."

Cabot Las Velas Apartments

"This was a holiday for me and my son to celebrate his 21st birthday. We arrived late and were very tired but our initial impression of Las Velas was great! Unfortunately our allocated room was not what we were expecting for a mother and son holiday; the deluxe studio was smaller than expected and contained a double bed. We returned to reception to see what could be done and we were told that the problem would be rectified in the morning. We didn't unpack and had a relatively sleepless few hours but visiting reception again everything was sorted out efficiently and kindness. Our new room was perfect! Twin beds, spacious kitchen/lounge area, well equipped, large shower room. We had a balcony with external steps to a large roof terrace with whirlpool bath, deck chairs, fixed table and bench plus a sink and small fridge (excellent for cooling water or beer!!) From then on our holiday was wonderful! The room, communal areas, garden, pools etc were quiet, clean and very well maintained. The whole complex has been thoughtfully and stylishly designed with beautiful grounds and two pools, one at each end. Our room faced the front, so we could hear some road noise when on the balcony and roof terrace but it didn’t affect our enjoyment at all. The whirlpool was a nice addition and we thoroughly enjoyed using it! Sun loungers rather than deck chairs would have been the icing on the cake if we were being picky! The location of Las Velas was ideal for us. It was in a quiet area yet only a short walk to the seafront, restaurants and local supermarkets. A lovely 20/25 minute walk along the sea front takes you to the Pine Walk which is beautiful. We had a fantastic time, really appreciated the change to our initial room and would definitely return in the future as well as recommending Las Velas to those looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday in lovely surroundings!"
