"Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν εξαιρετικό. Βρίσκεται στην πλατεία, το δωμάτιό μου ήταν προς τα πίσω, έτσι πιθανότατα δεν ήταν τόσο θορυβώδες όσο κάποιοι (θα πρέπει να αναμένεται δεδομένης της τοποθεσίας). Δεν υπάρχει αέρας (αν και αυτό μπορεί να είναι επειδή δεν μπορούσα να το κάνω!) αλλά δεν χρειαζόταν με δροσερό αέρα μέσα από την πόρτα του μπαλκόνι. Μια ωραία ηλιοβασίλεμα στην οροφή. Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό."

Calvario Plaza Hotel

"Beautiful small hotel, full of character in an excellent location in Pollensa old town. Our group of 4 friends had 2 beautiful twin rooms which were large with great facilities. Rooms were quiet yet on a lovely plaza at the bottom of the Calvari steps. The owner and his wife were very helpful and friendly. Lots of bars and restaurants close by and handy for bus and taxi to Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia and other areas. We would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return if we were in the area again. Many thanks to the lovely friendly staff who made us feel so welcome."

"We had a great stay at Son Sant Jordi. Son Sant Jordi is an authentic, family run hotel in the old city of Pollença. Free parking is available at two locations about 350 meters from the hotel. We stayed in a Junior Suite which is really spacious and has a modern vibe to it. The hotel has a nice, intimate garden with a pool. Breakfast is great with a personal service. Dinner is in the in-house restaurant with a choice between two set menu’s. The only negative comment is the lack of a stable WiFi connection. It is impossible to do some work on your laptop or stream a movie. This could be fixed with a proper repeater. Special thanks for Eduardo and his team who operate the in-house restaurant La Placeta!"

Hoposa Cultural Boutique

"I started in a standard room. In short, the soundproofing is inadequate, and you can hear everything from the square, whether revelers at 3am, or people waiting for transfers at 5am. The hotel supplied earplugs, but you just cannot have an uninterrupted sleep. Also, as the room does not have a balcony it was simply impossible to dry anything. I then upgraded to a superior room. This room was very nice, with a terrace, and despite the larger windows soundproofing was much better. Both rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Cleaning staff were very helpful, providing extra coffee, towels etc Breakfast was far too slow. Even with no-one else waiting, I was not given a menu for 10 minutes, and didn't receive my order for nearly half an hour. If you need to be anywhere early (which I did), breakfast is unusable. I would much prefer a self-service buffet."

Hoposa Montelin

"Overall an excellent experience at the Montelin Apartments with friendly and helpful staff. We will certainly return at a future date. Our only gripe was the level of tourist tax since we were charged 4 euros per night each + VAT at 10% i.e. 4.4 euros total. This, according to web sources should only be charged for 5 star hotels in Majorca which the Montelin is not. Could the management comment on this i.e. were we overcharged? In comparison this year we also visited Madeira which has no tourist tax and Chamonix, usually considered an up market and expensive alpine resort where we were only charged 2.3 euros pppn for a 4 star hotel. Of course the charges are not levelled by the hotel but by the local goverment but it does provide an indicator that Majorca is becoming more expensive. We spoke to several regular visitors to Puerto Pollensa during our stay who complained about the significant increase in prices in local restaurants this year. "
