"The hotel is clean! The rooms have air conditioning. The spa is decent, only because everything in the spa seems to be from around 15-20 years ago as far as decor and comfort. The hotel location is near 2 very loud restaurants!!! Both of the restaurants have loud band and singers! They sing till 11:30 pm at night! You can even hear them on the 3rd floor with the windows closed! Makes it hard to sleep if you’re trying to go to bed before that time! They sing every night and if you dare to complain to the front desk be prepared to get yelled at by one of their managers and to be told that you just have to deal with it! Prior to making my reservation I had called to make sure it was quiet and serene experience, the front desk staff said that since this is a spa it’s very peaceful in the area! The exceptionally loud music from both of the nearby restaurants makes it a not very relaxing experience! Most of the staff is very pleasant and work hard to meet their guests needs except that one manager that yelled at me for asking if they can somehow accommodate me and my family due to the loud music!"

"Great hotel but in the wrong place. We were informed some facilities would not be available as the season was coming to an end.We had a excellent welcome by reception staff given a good good pack as we had arrived late.We were shown to our room within 10 mins of arriving. The room was excellent spotless clean,large comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. The next morning we were surprised but pleased to see we had been upgraded to pool view. The next two days were very enjoyable, weather inclement but good food and excellent company of other guests. Then it all went downhill!!! On the Friday we found out there was a weekend convention taking place. From Friday evening meal to Sunday lunch the Hotel was taken over by a swarm of locusts and a battle for a table commenced. We decided to go out of the Hotel to eat on the Saturday but found nothing was opened. After the convention ended dining facilities got back to normality but the quality and variety of food on offer definitely deteriorated and the Hotel lost its sparkle. Thanks to follow guests we were able to enjoy our last few days but was glad the holiday had come to an end. We grudgingly give this beautiful hotel a3 star rating mainly due the fabulous housekeeping and reception staff. Sorry but wrong hotel in wrong place at wrong time of year."

"Μέναμε στο Πανέλοπε Παλάτι, στο Πομόρι για μια εβδομάδα στα μέσα Ιουνίου... και οι πρώτες εντυπώσεις ήταν πολύ θετικές... και συναντηθήκαμε στο ταξί από έναν μεταφορέα που έφερε τις αποσκευές μας στο δωμάτιο. Η τέχνη του ξενοδοχείου ήταν γεμάτη τσάι/καφέ. Το πρωινό στο εστιατόριο ήταν εξαιρετικό. Υπήρχε μια επιλογή 8 διαφορετικών πρωινών. Ο Ντάνιελ, ειδικότερα, αποφάσισε να κάνει το δείπνο μας για την επέτειό μας ιδιαίτερο. Το ίδιο το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται ακριβώς απέναντι από μια όμορφη λευκή, αμμώδης παραλία. Το μόνο ελαφρώς αρνητικό σημείο ήταν ότι το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται λίγο έξω από το δρόμο, πράγμα που σημαίνει ότι ήταν απαραίτητο να πάρουμε ένα ταξί ή ένα λεωφορείο (όχι ακριβό) για να πάμε στο κέντρο της πόλης. "

"We were this hotel one night with my husband and child and I have to say it was the worst hotel I have ever been! Hotel staff was very unfriendly and you have to pay extra if you want to use beach infront of the hotel. Furthermore, after we went home we noticed that there was bedbucks in our clothes so the painfulnes of the trip didn't end to the hotel. Don't go this hotel!!!!"
