I selected this hotel because was the only one that advertised transportation service from the Savannah international airport. After payment they asked me to contact the hotel for the service and they announced the service was suspended the previous year. :(

It was good but the towel rack in the bathroom needed to be replaced. overall good very convenient

This has become our favorite over night stay on our yearly trip south. Always friendly staff and very clean!! We travel with our cat and he loves it too because there’s no smell from other pet guests.

Staff were professional, though not overly friendly. Hotel & room condition was acceptable. Room was clean, including linens. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. I love that this hotel allows pets without a ridiculous deposit, so we will likely stay again.

There was so many roaches we couldn't sleep i complaint and asked for management to call me i checked in at 9pm and checked out at 4am because the roaches were bad

I give this a two star because parking was okay but the lobby, hallway and sadly my room was very disappointing. My bathroom was disgusting and to put into detail my bathtub had rust, toilet had some type of lime / around it and the paint on the tub was peeling off. The sheets was poorly made and the room didn’t seem vacuum . Front desk was costumer service was good

The hotel was average. The bed was extremely to firm for our liking. There was a different smell every time we walked into the elevator which was weird to us.
