"Everything was below average. The facilities were rather poor. The bathtub wasn't slip-resistant, which was dangerous. The lobby seemed to have been repainted, so it looked okay. The front desk service was indifferent. Breakfast was a simple American meal. The housekeepers were very proactive in knocking on the door every day to offer service, but I didn't accept. The room wasn't small, but it was too basic."

"We were put in room 327. The room and hotel were clean. The location was right off I95. The only issue we had was the fact that they were doing work in the adjacent stair well. They were grinding and hammering when we got into the room a little before 8PM. I went to the front desk and mentioned this to the hostess and she did not offer to move our room and said they would stop working about 9PM. They did stop around 9PM. My question is if you have noisy construction work going on why would you put travelers in rooms adjacent to where they are working. I have video of the noise. It was loud. I mean really loud."

"Where to start? Construction underway with no notification. Make shift front desk area. Left after being told no check in until 4 pm (it was 3 pm when I asked). No problem, we understand check ins. Came back, given room and went thru very hazardous walk to get to elevators. Trip hazards everywhere, razor blades left on common areas, tile spacers all over floor/walkway (another trip hazard). Room decent until time to shower. NO HOT WATER! Went to dinner, came back and still no hot water at 745 pm. Called front desk and was told "It's just a filter issue, maintenance is here fixing it and you'll have hot water momentarily. 930 pm still NO HOT WATER. Go to bed to take shower in morning and pull "drapes down" and zero darkness, full light thru these useless screens (see pics at 12 midnight)! Get up to shower, NO HOT WATER! Call front desk and "We may have a slight issue with our hot water heater " yea no kidding. Go to breakfast downstairs at 7 am and there is a LOUD AND I MEAN LOUD group yelling laughing screaming cheering in the front desk (makeshift) area and it goes on for several minutes, so loud that the lady in charge of the food is making comments about the noise. I mean isn't the front desk person right there!? Just a horrible experience and would never recommend this hotel to anyone! Pictures shown. Also, tried to use iron and it's held by blue tape, and the nearest FIRE EXIT IS BLOCKED, SAFETY HAZARD!"

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται κοντά στο Publix, CVS, δύο επείγουσα εγκαταστάσεις φροντίδας (ExperCare είναι σπουδαίο!) και πολλές επιλογές εστιατόρια. Απαιτήθηκε λίγα λεπτά για να φτάσετε στη Σαβάνα και οι τιμές εδώ είναι πολύ καλύτερες από τα όρια της πόλης της Σαβάνα. Περάσαμε πολύ καλά και θα μείνουμε εδώ όταν επισκεφτούμε!"

"I chose this hotel for my family stay at while we had our family days in Savannah and Tybee Island over Memorial Day weekend. The hotel itself is in a very convenient location with different restaurants and stores within walking distance. The rooms were spacious, but the housekeeping was lacking. Upon getting to my first room the door was open, as the deadbolt was still engaged. I went into the room to make sure no one was in there and took photos of everything. The front desk receptionist said that housekeeping left the deadbolt locked and then I showed her the toilet seat. She gave me another room. The second room was a little better, but the floors had not been swept/cleaned. The coffee maker had leftover coffee in it. The air conditioning in both rooms were extremely loud! The outdoor seating area is really nice and being by the lake was a nice addition. Although it’s located right off the highway, I could not hear any traffic noise. The staff members were friendly too. The breakfast was okay as well."

"I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I walked into the hotel and booked a single room, which I occupied during my stay. Shortly after checking in, I noticed an additional charge on my account and immediately returned to the front desk to question it. I spoke with a manager, Nikita, who advised me that it was only an authorization hold and would be removed. When I got to my room, I also encountered several issues. The room was very noisy, making it difficult to rest, and the bathroom had clearly not been properly cleaned—there was visible hair throughout the space. I chose to clean the bathroom myself rather than escalate the issue at the time, but I did take photos to document the condition. After checking out, I discovered that the $208.40 charge had been processed as a no-show fee for a second room that I never booked or used. I was physically present, checked in, and stayed in the room I booked, so this charge makes no sense. I have made multiple attempts to contact the property to resolve this issue, but my calls have not been returned and I have not been able to speak with management. When I requested a receipt for the no-show charge, one was not provided. As a long-time Marriott Bonvoy member, this experience is extremely disappointing and not consistent with the level of service I expect. Experiences like this are also making me question the overall value of the Bonvoy program, as the level of service appears to be slipping. I would strongly encourage future guests to carefully review and double-check their final bill before leaving the property. Despite raising this issue immediately, the hotel has continued to stand by the charge. I will now be disputing the $208.40 charge through my bank."

"Stayed a week while waiting for my daughter’s apartment to be ready for move in.  Not the cleanest room. Wear socks!  Floor even got my socks dirty and it was laminate.  Bathroom dirty behind door and had to ask a number of times and numerous people for towels.  Everyone was pleasant. It was a functional room.  Stayed with two dogs.  The dog “park” area was over grown and had piles of poop everywhere.  No attempt to keep it tidy at all.  If it wasn’t for the convenience we would have found another place for sure."

"The hotel was right off of I-95 and the location was wonderful. When we checked in, we were welcomed by friendly staff and quick service. We went up to our room and it initially wasn't up to me and my partner's cleanliness standards. When we alerted the front desk they quickly moved us to a new room that was pristine. The night was quiet and comfortable with plenty of eateries nearby. Breakfast was served hot and over a long period of time, but it was lackluster by the time we ate. It's very much your standard hotel fare breakfast. Checkout was fast and easy with their express check out system. Thank you!"
