A beautiful property but overpriced for what it is. They still have some things to smooth out with service. There was a lot of mis communication and a lot of things like room service and check in took a lot longer than it should at a Ritz. The pool is amazing.

Ritz Carleton is doing a fine job during their grand opening period. Staff is professional and courteous. We had a very enjoyable stay.
