The room was very amicable ..
The view was to the neighboring building though ..
Hidden fees, but yes, if in Portland I would book again ..

I only requested a quiet room before mu check-in. However, they assigned me room #509. The room was almost corner faced on Broadway and other street. Moreover, the room was above the music bar, with loud Karaoke mic and system. I couldn't sleep by the loud singing voice even after 2 AM. The 2nd night still I heard some singing voice.

The lobby has some neat artwork and plenty of quiet, comfortable seating for quiet work, reading, conversation

The Hotel Lucia is clean and comfortable. The bed was very nice! The location is convenient to Downtown Portland stores. The staff were all polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was in a good location, however there are a lot of homeless people passed out on the street in the area. Many store fronts were empty or closed really early. It was my first time in Portland and it seemed like the city is in a downward descend. I hope that the city is revived and opens up again. The hotel itself was very well kept and clean. Staff was helpful and service was quick. Only complaint was the lack of counter space in the bathroom.

By far the best customer service we were greeted at the door by Darya I believe her name was, super sweet, very helpful she was amazingly awesome! The room was very clean, I totally loved the motif! Will return in the near future!

Very beautiful hotel. Close to many things to walk to or use public transportation to get you where you want to go. Rooms are nicely updated and cozy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No bad things to say.

I’ve stayed all over Portland on many, frequent trips over the years and can confidently say this was by far my favorite experience. The staff are lovely, the hotel itself is comfortable with nice amenities, and while downtown Portland has taken a bit of a hit, this place shines
