Clean enough.
Front desk staff was not so friendly.
I wish they had free parking space for guests.

位置在市中心，方便乾淨，服務好。附近餐廳不錯。有大的購物中心，酒店衞生兩天一次，健身房也好用。前台有微波爐很方便。

We arrived an hour and a half early (2:30pm) and were told we would get a call as soon as our room was ready. That they would let housekeeping know. We returned at 4pm (check in time) and the room was still not clean. We had to wait another 15ish minutes to check in. The check -in desk told us our room was "the last to be cleaned". So no attempt to let the cleaning staff know we were waiting was ever made over and hour before-hand.
Then our room was not fully stocked, I assume because the cleaning staff was rushing. No apology or attempt to correct this issue was made. The customer service at the front desk was lacking. Valet was great both days.

Our stay here was great. The only problems we had were that the area was in downtown and the homeless population was immense and they were fighting every night we were there. Bright side to that is security drove around often. The second thing is that valet was $59 a night! Even though they park it at the garage next to them that charges everyone only $8 for over night parking. I felt like it was a huge scam and since we arrived after the garages were closed to the public we had no choice but to pay for valet.

I would totally stay here again in Portland. Convenient walk to shops and restaurants. Front desk staff as very helpful in telling me places to shop and eat, as it was my first time in the city.

Our valets mark and tony were awesome. We had no hot water....none. front desk said because I booked through ******* i had no recourse, the paramount had duty to help or refund one night out three,,they are unbelievable steve

Great hotel. Excellent restaurant and bar. Service and the people were outstanding and although we were in the heart of downtown Portland we felt very safe

We had a great stay. I only wish I had brought in some workout clothes. Great location, definitely recommend having a rental because of the valet parking and how close parking lot was to the space.
