There appeared to be a misunderstanding between the hotel and Trip.com as we booked the stay with breakfast stated as included but the hotel reception said they had not provided breakfast for a long time, since Covid19 started. They needed to sort this between themselves. However, the manager was gracious to refund us the cost of breakfast at a nearby cafe.
The location of the hotel was near to a number of bus stops for different directions.
The view from our room window was very poor, just an internal air well.

Well the staff was amazing. 32$ for parking totally and completely OUTRAGEOUS!! When we got to the room it sounded like someone was knocking on the door every hour. Finally figured it was some machine going on and off. Very very annoying.
The shower head was AWESOME however the drain was broken and wouldn’t stay open and I couldn’t take it out. So while I was taking my shower the bath tub filled up with water. Which at the end I had to go ahead and hold the drain so it could drain. That frustrated me.

Loved the room and the staff were great but there was an incident. there was a fight between a few people in the room next to us and it got violent with alot of slamming and yelling. I hope everyone's OK.

Overall very ok. Hotel was clean, and friendly staff. Room was ready early which was convenient.
The bed was more comfortable than many other hotel beds, which was a pleasant surprise. The shower was clean, but the water pressure was the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I understand high efficiency shower heads, but this shower was downright useless. Couldn’t have gotten less wet if I tried.

Only complaint I would have was that the shower door leaked out to the bathroom floor creating a big puddle and potential slipping hazard.

Nice and simple property. The bed is comfortable, the room was clean, and despite the lack of regular room service you could request anything via text message and they would bring it right up. Not to mention the location was incredibly close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation.

Our room was clean and nicely decorated but we found a wad of hair on the bathroom wall. Apart from that, everything else was comfortable. The noise from the construction next door was loud and woke us up early but most of the staff was polite and helpful. And being able to make our own food using the stove was wonderful.

Great little hotel. Really nice rooms, amazing beds. Only small issue is the parking. Not only isn't it free, but very small and if someone is going the other direction, very hard to make work. Other than that happening, I would def recommend.

End of an era for staying at this hotel! No breakfast offered Monday/Tuesday, no security at the front entrance and I literally dodged piles of human excrement outside. And no USB chargers. Skip the value and upgrade to another spot for a safer stay.
