The Portpatrick Hotel by Compass Hospitality ★★★

"We booked an apartment which was warm and comfortable, it had been decorated since the photos on the website so we were really pleased as it was better than we’d expected. Anything we needed was dealt with promptly by reception. We had breakfast on the last day which was great. Plenty of choice, cooked breakfast, yogurt, cereal etc. The hotel has a fantastic outlook looking over the harbour. There were signs regarding car parking charges but as we were staying, reception took our number plate and it was free."

The Waterfront ★★★

"The hotel's standards are truly exceptional. During my trip to the UK, I mostly stayed at Holiday Inn hotels. The cleanliness, service, and breakfast were all excellent, and I slept very well!"

Crown Hotel ★★★

"Had a lovely 3 night stay here. Rooms were clean, staff nice. Food nice. I think they should light the coal fire, also have some background music at breakfast even if its the radio. A lovey hotel ."

Fernhill Hotel ★★★

The Harbour House Sea Front Hotel ★★★

"Perfect stay for the ferry but a lovely town and worth more than one night Really friendly staff who are genuinely pet friendly There was entertainment on when I stayed but due to an early ferry I’d missed it but the band members were nice too I’ll stay again and recommend Only had a pudding which was nice and the main dishes looked better than what I’d had elsewhere Over heard an awkward customer and the kitchen even catered for her Thanks for a great stay"

Mount Stewart Hotel ★★★★
