We stayed here for a night and it was really good, the inside and outside looks amazing and the rooms are really nice, the beds are really comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The manager is friendly and we had a great experience at breakfast too.

Great experience, relaxing, lots of variety in the restaurant. We stayed for six nights, and ate in the restaurant for every meal. There was always plenty to choose from, whether breakfast lunch or dinner. Special shout out to Daniel A who made our experience wonderful.

Positives: •Rooms are clean and a decent size for what we needed. Come with a bath and shower, mini fridge and a safe which you have to pay for. •Pool wasn’t too busy. •Location was good. Shop opposite road, shops down towards the beach, nice restaurants around. •Staff on reception, maids and entertainment were very kind and helpful. Negatives: •Food was the same everyday. It was nice for the first 4 days but the last 3 days they seemed to run out of everything and most the food was all the same. •The location was very hilly so keep that in mind. And it’s often overcast most of the day so if you are just coming for the sun go to the south of the island. •Whilst we stayed there was 150 students staying here. We were told they would be no bother and would have seperate meal times but we saw no proof of this as no matter what time we went to eat they were around. They caused a lot of noise at the pool and their teachers had no control over them. •The drink options are a bit poor as a lot of the alcohol isn’t included in your all inclusive band. Excursions: •Whilst we stayed we went to Loro Parque which was only a small train journey away which is included in the ticket price of €48 ish or you can get a twin ticket with Siam park for €75 ish. On arrival seemed very busy but once in the park you couldn’t tell. Make sure you get to the shows 30 mins before as they do fill up quick. •Siam park gets busy quick and is over an hour away on the bus! The transfer price was €24 each. If you want a fast travel pass buy it before you go or get there atleast 30 mins before opening as they go really quick. •We also did a Gran Canaria experience which was €120 it was very good but a lot of the day is spent travelling.

We went with Easyjet that describes the hotel as relaxing and nestled in gardens but our room like most was on noisy main road. To change to a quieter room costs £££££. Also the balcony door did not lock and fridge leaked. Food terrible including unsafe blood raw turkey and badly named food so if vegi careful because the margarita pizza has meat. Most food inedible and cold. Hotel bus service from hill top where hotel is located is irregular and impractical times. Often we waited for bus that does not run, so told receptionist that just shrugs.Don't expect much from the hotel evening entertainment. One night was karaoke only, the next just football on the TV and on another night 1 game of bingo and nothing else (and do not expect English TV channels in room as advertised as these do not work). Overall the hotel is tired and needs redecorating (please see pictures). Also our balcony rail shook forward and backwards. Unhelpful staff that say there is no one to deal with complaints. They say the manager may or may not be about at some time. Spoke to some Jet 2 customers who advised they were moving families out of the hotel to other hotels., Expect annoying rowdy and randy large teenage school groups (150+) , also running up and down corridors at all hours. Makes it feel like a youth hostel. This also leaves no sunbeds around pool with towels on floor used by the students. Holiday is not relaxing. Good sunbeds in hotel photos the hotel charges extra for. Playground for children as advertised is currently closed.

We came for 10 nights and our stay was good. My only negative would be the “all inclusive” having very limited drinks. But other than that I was happy. The entertainment team Pablo and George were fantastic. Barman Carlos was great and the reception team were very helpful. The team in the restaurant were lovely too.

We had the most lovely stay at Fergus Puerto De La Cruz. From the moment we stepped into the hotel the service, hospitality and genuine kindness we experienced was second to none. A big thanks must go to Stephanie and the team at both the up and downstairs bar. As we were all inclusive we had access to some great discounts on delicious cocktails. I am really missing my afternoon piña colada in the sun. We stayed in a Superior Sea View Room which was glorious. The rooms are modern and spotless, and we had the best night sleep every evening. Puerto De La Cruz was a lovely, more laid back area of Tenerife and we adored exploring. Thanks to Fergus Puerto De La Cruz for a wonderful and memorable trip to celebrate graduating from university!

Well where can I start, on arrival 22 40 PM been all inclusive was thinking we would receive a meal if only a cold salad but no absolutely nothing, room basic no coffee and tea facilities in room, superior room with sea view is worth it lovely view, when we went for breakfast we where greeted with lots of school children not what we where expecting, to be fair they where ok, BUT on Sunday (2 days later) another group came in they where so bad so rude none of this was on website we would not have booked this hotel, we actually felt sorry for staff they where lovely, when teachers donot apply to rules no jumping in pool which they ignored what chance have kids got no discipline at all, Reception staff Julio (think got name right) on reception went above and beyond. George animation team is the best he is 100% the best we have ever met, . Stephanie pool bar staff is friendly. We so felt for staff regarding the school children they had no chance if you are looking for a chilled holiday in April May and June do not go to this hotel. This is when the kids go every year apparently we would never return in these dates. Lovely location . But one more bad point hot food was not hot at all really struggled to get hot food.
