Where do I start... .we booked 1 week all inclusive and checked out to another hotel after 2 days.. THIS IS NOT a 4* hotel, the rooms are old, tired and in need of repairs, the balcony is tiny!!!! It's like pontins in the sun Parts of the hotel are covered with green netting, presumably to stop bits of balcony falling on people !!! Building work was going on and they shut off the main steps down to the pool The restaurant was closed down 'due to technical issues' the first full day we where there, the staff did their best but we where crammed into a small conference room, with tables around the edges with the food on, no cold plates for the salads and cold meats, no signs to say what anything was and was a very limited selection, the hot meat was cooked on a bbq outside, nobody explained what was going on and kept promising the main restaurant would be open by the next meal time, it wasn't...... we gave up and ate out for the 2 evenings we spent there Don't expect a kettle in your room, 15€ deposit and 3€ per day you are there, I have never been to a hotel where I have had to hire a kettle, especially not in a so called 4* one I refused to stay another day there so checked out into another hotel The receptionist was very abrupt and rude to me on the first day however she did apologise the day we checked out, I guess she had had lots of people complaining so I can't blame her and fair play to her for apologising Don't waste your money expecting 4* as its a 2* at best, spend the extra because this place needs a complete overhaul The company needs to spend some serious money in improving this hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff asked for extra pillows and they were in the room almost immediately. Very clean hotel,food very nice and drinks good. The hotel is having a lot of work done rendering outside. So curb appeal is not good. The hotel is a little worn in places, but don't let this put you off. The location is excellent short Walk to the beach and old town. And the zoo People with mobilities would struggle.mobility scooters can be hired , so ask at reception for a very good price. I loved the holiday and would go back. Only complaint I did have was next to the lovely swimming pool with life guard at attendance all day which I found to be first class ,was a small pond with terripins and fish, the water looked stagnant and in poor condition no filtration or pump. I raised my concern for animals' welfare every day. The maintenence man said a pump was used at night absolute rubbish, I said I was not happy. This is the only letdown to this lovely holiday.

Compact noisy single rooms with no tea and coffee facilities are the downside of this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. Veronica’s aqua gym and yoga by the pool was great fun. Overall I would recommend as a base for your stay. Unfortunately the local beach is closed to bathers at the time I stayed which may put me off in the future

Relaxing holiday..Friendly helpful staff.There was lots of choice with food but often it was not very warm.Overall a good time was had.

Overall the hotel was very good. Clean, spacious and the staff are great, However, being next to a main road junction there was constant loud noise from "racing" vehicles, making it impossible to enjoy the balcony. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice but the evening buffet was poor. The food quality was ok but, aside from salad, very little choice for vegetarians. Even some of the mixed salad and pasta dishes had meat mixed in. Also the two main daily meat cuts were not very good quality or poorly cooked.

Hotel and food nice, good selection. The only thing it lacked on was poor entertainment in the evenings and old fashioned and only last an 90 mins just as everyone getting going. Smoking around the pool area put us off so it would be better if this area was separate from people who suffers from asthma. Lots to do locally

For a double room it's bad no double bed it was 2 singles put together mattress was terrible no kettle in the room room was too small for a double staff fantastic food and drink good entertainment average

This hotel is a good the service is great and is well located on the edge of the town it is very peaceful and relaxing, and the staff are great, and the food is very nice. It is well worth a visit to this hotel. This is my 4th visit and it does not disappoint
