"Πολύ καλά, η θέση είναι αρκετά καλή, η μεταφορά είναι εύκολη, το ξενοδοχείο είναι καθαρό και στεγνό, οι εγκαταστάσεις του ξενοδοχείου είναι εντάξει, η περιβάλλον είναι εντάξει, η υπηρεσία είναι πολύ καλή, θα επιλέξω αυτό το ξενοδοχείο την επόμενη φορά."

Brijuni Hotel Neptun

"Κρατήσαμε δωμάτιο για 3 άτομα με βεράντα και θαλάσσια θέα, αρχικά μας έδωσε ένα μικρότερο δωμάτιο και μετά μας έδωσε το δωμάτιο που είχαμε κλείσει, το μεγαλύτερο, με καναπέ, επιπλέον κρεβάτι και έπιπλα στην βεράντα. Το ξενοδοχείο έχει μια εκπληκτική θέα από το ξενοδοχείο μέχρι τη θάλασσα. Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ άνετο και πολύ άνετο. Το μπουφέ δεν ήταν καλό, τόσο το πρωινό όσο και το δείπνο δεν πληρώθηκαν, τρώνε τα υπόλοιπα, και το προσωπικό του ξηρού εστιατόρου, τουλάχιστον εκείνοι που μας υπηρετούσαν, ήξεραν ότι ήμασταν καλεσμένοι και παρόλα αυτά μας χρεώθηκαν ένα συμπλήρωμα. Δεν μας άρεσε αυτό που έμεινε στις θέσεις που βρίσκονται στην βεράντα στη θάλασσα, ένα παιδί άφησε χωρίς να καταναλώνει τίποτα που καθόταν για ώρες και οι υπόλοιποι καλεσμένοι μας δεν μπορούσαν να χρησιμοποιήσουν αυτές τις θέσεις. Το παιδί ήταν σε μια οικογένεια και ήταν ανήσυχος για πάνω από 5 ώρες σε μια περιοχή 6-seat. Ένας πολύ φιλικός και φιλικός υπάλληλος υποδοχής. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ φιλικό και πολύ φιλικό."

"Before booking, you should be clear about a few things. The hotel is old, really old. You can see it in almost every detail: the wooden floors, the doors, windows, yellowish closets, and especially the antiquated bathroom. But it's clean, the beds are reasonably modern, and the walls look renovated. Unfortunately, there are no curtains for darkening the rooms or to block out the light in the evening. Check-in and breakfast are at the Hotel Neptun, as the reception and all other public areas in the Karmen were closed. Almost all of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We booked a room (No. 334) with a sea view, and the view from the balcony is truly stunning. This view and the overall wonderful feeling on the island make us overlook the hotel's condition. Even in its renovated state, it probably wouldn't be affordable for everyone. We rented bikes for a day and explored the quieter parts of the island. But €27 per day for a standard bike without gears is unacceptable. During the peak travel season, until September 30th, hotel guests receive a 50% discount. However, we don't understand why hotel guests have to pay the full price for the bikes after September 30th. Despite a few criticisms, we will definitely be back."

"Το άνετο ξενοδοχείο, η θέα της θάλασσας, το δωμάτιο είναι μεγάλο, η παραλία είναι πέτρινη, αλλά το νερό είναι ιδιαίτερα καλό. Το μόνο έλλειμμα είναι ότι υπάρχει λίγη τροφή κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο. Είναι πιο απομακρυσμένη, αλλά είναι εύκολο να πάρεις ταξί. Θα ξανάρθεις την επόμενη φορά!"

"It's a bit far from the station, but very close to tourist attractions. Parking would be even better. The Colosseum is definitely worth visiting; the city has a great atmosphere and I'd love to revisit."

"Είναι ένα υπέροχο μέρος με υπερθέα στη θάλασσα ανάλογα με το πού βρίσκεστε. Είστε νέες και καθαρές εγκαταστάσεις υγιεινής. Υπάρχουν καλές συνδέσεις λεωφορείων στην πόλη. Το μόνο μικρό μείον είναι οι σημερινές εγκαταστάσεις με λίγο θόρυβο, αλλά θα μπορούσαμε να πάμε πιο μακριά από την θεωρία. Σε κάθε περίπτωση, ένα μέρος που θα επιστρέφαμε. Υπάρχει επίσης μια μονάδα ξυπνητούρων δίπλα στη θάλασσα."

Brijuni Hotel Istra

"The 3 star hotel Istria - which is in fact linked to the Hotel Neptun by a corridor is simply tired and not all rooms are refurbished. Ours had a bathroom that has certainly not been rennovated nor did room looked in erality like the ones in the photos. The aircondition worked very poorly, the room temperature was 28 degrees C at its best. We could not open windows as our room had a park view which meant constant noise from air conditioners and full sun most of the day. No sleep due to the noise and heat. Breakfast is average with a selection of cold meats and cheese, fruits, simple breads, achine made pancakes, some eggs, industry made juices, croissants, .... no balance between the price and teh actual servise and accomodation ... heavily over prized and not worth it. Given that the possibilities to sleep on the isalnd are limited thsi si heavily exploited. The plus side was the staff which has been with an exception of one young woman receptionist helpful. Parking is well organized and staff there is very helpful. Trasfer trom Frazana to the Island is also well organized and timely. Staff excellent."

"I had a job in Pula, and my clients booked a room for my stay in this hotel. I didn’t know a thing of it. However, I was actually really lucky and must say I will be coming back. The rooms are clean and comfortable, very private, the location incredible, all the staff cordial and helpful. I only regret I did not have a masterchef dinner in the hotel restaurant, they say it is really something. My highest mark, however, goes to the concierge, Victoria. She is in one word: precious. I have been around, in high end hotels, bigger or more luxurious- but such warmth, energy and the will to help is rarely found."

"Was ok for a single night stay. Shame there was no bedside table, the stairs were steep and odd with limited headroom and the bathroom light switch hidden behind a sliding door. Otherwise nice."
