Wonderful experience at every stage. Handled a corporate event, so booked rooms plus the banquet. Met with pleasant smiling faces of Reshma, Din Din, Esther while entering the hotel. They make you very welcome and instantly you feel you are at the right place. Dinesh with Pang at the concierge are very helpful, very happy to make you at ease while they sort out your bags, and anything else under the sun. Jayant and Kanish, ***** with Winoma ensured that all our delegates checked in smoothly, and did what ever they could to accommodate special requests. The entire restaurant staff, under the guidance of super chef ***oj were very efficient. Special mention to Ayan and Chanchal who served all our clients with a smile. I can still remember how we gorged on the sea food and the patisserie. We had already conducted a recce, but staying in the luxurious spacious (standard) rooms of The Ritz Carlton was a step-up from the various other hotels we use for our events. A few view options from the rooms, one is a huge concrete park between the hotel and the adjacent office buildings, and the other would overlook the golf course across the road. The events team cooperated well with our production team, so thank you!

The reservation room is recommended to bring breakfast, it is more sanitary, there are few places to eat around, the hotel wifi is not good, there are three security personnel at the entrance, and the security of the entrance to the hotel. There is Japanese cuisine on the 0th floor of the hotel. It is not in the middle and the room is good. I want to say that the sofa in my room, from my stay until I left, is wet. Rooms are great size. Food is good. Staff seem very demoralized. Hardly greet you and won't answer you well. I wonder why they are so unfriendly. If you order tea/coffee for breakfast, rest assured it will take a very very long time before you get it. Very slow service on beverages and other ordered meals for breakfast. It's like they don't want you to order tea/coffee, etc.??? Reception staff don't really try and help you if you need any guidance or help. They also don't listen to your requests but enforce what they want. Example-our meals were supposed to be 20% off as we were attending a wedding and the Agreement with the hotel was to give a 20% off as alot of rooms were booked by the wedding attendees... but at checkout they refused and said its because we booked the rooms from abroad, so the discount doesn't apply??? How's that applicable when we were eating the meals in India and not abroad? A deal is a deal, especially since the wedding gave the hotel so much revenue?? The rooms next to the lifts get a lot of noise all night as the lifts keep beeping... Sadly, we weren't pleased at all with the hotel especially the poor customer service and delays...

Rooms are great size. Food is good. Staff seem very demoralized. Hardly greet you and won't answer you well. I wonder why they are so unfriendly. If you order tea/coffee for breakfast, rest assured it will take a very very long time before you get it. Very slow service on beverages and other ordered meals for breakfast. It's like they don't want you to order tea/coffee, etc.??? Reception staff don't really try and help you if you need any guidance or help. They also don't listen to your requests but enforce what they want. Example-our meals were supposed to be 20% off as we were attending a wedding and the Agreement with the hotel was to give a 20% off as alot of rooms were booked by the wedding attendees... but at checkout they refused and said its because we booked the rooms from abroad, so the discount doesn't apply??? How's that applicable when we were eating the meals in India and not abroad? A deal is a deal, especially since the wedding gave the hotel so much revenue?? The rooms next to the lifts get a lot of noise all night as the lifts keep beeping... Sadly, we weren't pleased at all with the hotel especially the poor customer service and delays...
