Stayed for one night as part of a tour group . When you arrive there is a vibrant seating area with lime green / teal decor . It looks lovely. There was a nice view from our room but we didn’t plan to spend long in it . Sadly it was downhill from there. The beds had to be the hardest we have ever slept on . There was no spare bedding that you could use to lay on. I had requested a walk in shower but had a room with a shower over the bath , maybe they don’t have rooms with just showers . There was no safe in the room . We were not informed at Reception that we would need to register our credit/ debit card if we wanted to charge anything to our room .This led to a heated exchange with a staff member in the bar , who told me the bar only accepted cash . Some customer service training is needed here. Dinner & Breakfast were included . Food was not wonderful, tables weren’t cleared between courses. Food wasn’t refilled when dishes were almost empty. Rabat looks a lovely city & there must be much better hotels than this one .

After 18 hours flight from HK to Rabat, we arrived at this hotel. The hotel interiors are good and comfortable but my room is a bit out of maintenance. The toilet looks dilapidated. But, the towels were clean. The carpet is old. We could smell odd. The aircon control is not functioning well. The bed reading lamps are not working. Inside the room, the light is dim and the corridor lights are automatically on/off depending on subject movements. So, when you sitting in the sofa, the corridor light is out and the room is a bit dark. You cannot control it. It does not make sense to have such set-up inside the room! Luckily, the dinner foods were delicious. We ordered the lamb and fish as main dish, which were well cooked. Breads matched with my taste and I loved eating them.

Very good place for the family , very pleasant experience, the people here are nice, the hotel staff are polite, the room is clean, I ordered the hotel room within an hour, fortunately they were able to provide me, I hope to have theirs next time I come back again take care. There are also train stations and restaurants, coffee shops, etc. nearby, and taxis are easy to find, so I highly recommend this hotel.

Open buffet breakfast was satisfactory. I can say very good as a price performance. You can stay in the lift waiting at morning hours because my hotel is the only elevator.

But there was no electricity in the room, so I asked the waiter to deal with it for a while, and the electricity was cut off again at night. It is a very good family hotel, the boss should be French, and the French and British people are mostly. The overall design mixes Moroccan and French styles and is very good. Although the location is in the old town, it is not far from the small square outside the spice market. Get off at the small square and cross the alleys of the spice market. You can walk in about 5 minutes. Facilities, services, and sanitation are very good. European guests are well dressed, so if you dress properly, you will be more respected, it is best not to wear jackets and sports pants.

Super super good! The reception desk, and the restaurant's little friends are super good. I always go to the bar to have hot water instant noodles. Hahaha, they are particularly interested in my instant noodles. I ordered Loup and sent me to the room to eat, delicious! Let the front desk help us book the taxi in advance, go downstairs at 5 am, and the staff is on duty at the front desk, really thank you! The room is also super clean, much better than I thought, love this sofa, I don't want to go home hahaha

My husband and I stayed here for five nights. Beautiful quiet recently refurbished Riad in the medina located a 3 minute walk to Avenue Loulou where you can get a taxi. A 5 minute walk to the Kasbah and marina.What distinguishes this Riad is the kind warm thoughtful friendly host team, Aliza and her husband Aziz. They genuinely care about your comfort and interests. Our room on the third floor was spacious, comfy bed, a couch and two chairs, tv with many channels including English ones, excellent consistent wifi, excellent heat pump great on those days it was 10-12 degrees Celsius. Lovely rood top terrace outside our door.Very good full Moroccan breakfast served in the courtyard or lounge depending on weather. Highly recommend and will return. Aziza came with us to buy a SIM card and when we were leaving asked her husband to reinstall our original one. Very thoughtful of her.

Le personnel a un vrai sens du service client, ils sont accueillants, souriants, efficaces, rien à redire !! La femme de ménage passe tous les jours, il suffit de demander à l'accueil. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, y a même une machine à laver, un mini four. C'est super bien situé, vous êtes à 7mn à pieds d'Ariba Center. Super séjour, je n'hésiterais pas à revenir !!

On a recent business trip to Rabat, as I always do when traveling to Morocco, I booked rooms in a Riad, located in the old medina. On arrival, we were greeted with a nice Moroccan tea, by the manager, Hicham. My room was beautifully decorated in traditional mosaic tiles, had a private bathroom and one of the most comfortable beds ever. Though I would have preferred a bathtub, my bathroom had a shower. Be careful if walking into the bathroom at night, as there is a sharp corner on the shower stall that you can easily step on and cut your foot. The riad is located close enough to the outer edge of the medina so you don't have to walk far from the parking lot, but easily within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The rooftop terrace is wonderful for breakfast or afternoon tea, with expansive views over the city and river below. We booked dinner with the hotel, mainly due to many places being closed because of Covid-19. I'm very happy we did, as the food was sublime. Jamai, the chef is an expert at Moroccan cuisine. In fact, we catered our flight home from the riad, and my Boss said it's the best Moroccan food he's ever had. I'd tend to agree. If you find yourself traveling to Rabat, you owe it to yourself to stay at the Riad Dar El Kabira Salam. Note that they're changing their name to Dar Kika, so make sure you watch for them.

This was our first Riad in Morocco and it was our favorite! The Riad is beautiful, the staff were very friendly, and our room was a relaxing escape after our tours during the hot July days. The room had its own router, so WiFi service was excellent and the room also had A/C which was needed in July. Being in the medina, it was surprisingly quiet, but yet still close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are wanting to stay in a Riad in Rabat. It is near the edge of the medina, so you have easy access inside and outside the medina.

Can't be added. The hotel is in the old city, it is not particularly difficult to find, but it takes about five or six minutes to walk in from the gate of the old city. It is a traditional Moroccan riad with a terrace. It will be cooler at night, but it is small and has no view. But it is very close to the Chinese restaurant Tiananmen Square, about 20 minutes walk. The front desk of the hotel has very bad English, so choose carefully, but the boss is very nice.

I don't remember having had such a bad hotel either in France or elsewhere. Even without stars. How dare they claim 4* even by Moroccan standards. Only one thing correct, the bed. Bathroom: everything broken: shower hose leaking from several sides. Shower curtain barely clean and dangling. Sink tower full of limestone. Toilet seat unhooked and broken. No glasses or water in the room. I had to go and ask for drinks. The hotel does not provide a kettle. From the moment we set foot in this beautiful hotel It was an unforgettable experience . The friendliest and helpful staff imaginable, a fantástic breakfast in sumptious surroundings. Great location literally over the road from the Kasbah at the heart of the Medina. Beach nearby and the tranquility of the Andalucían Gardens a couple of minutes away. After travelling around the beautiful country of Morocco this was the best hotel we stayed in the best city. If you want a mixture of what Morocco has to offer come to Rabat /Sale . From the bustle of both Medinas to the peaceful escape of the Botanical Gardens its all there. I enjoyed my stay at the Oudais so much i went back for another stay during my time down the coast. So sad to leave but i know i will go back to stay in a hotel that is 5 star in all but name. A huge Shukran to all the staff.
