"I was changed rooms twice during my stay, and all three rooms I stayed in posed safety and property threats: 1. **Room 205:** The door lock can be opened from the outside without a room card. After reporting the problem, the front desk did not offer a room change, but instead asked me to leave while they checked with the lock manufacturer before deciding how to proceed. Only after we mentioned we had valuables in the room were we allowed to retrieve and store them. After returning several hours later, the front desk contacted the manufacturer without success, and finally confirmed the lock was damaged, agreeing to change me to room 206. 2. **Room 206:** The window is off track, cannot be opened or closed properly, and lacks a latch, making it impossible to lock. The window overlooks another person's roof. Considering safety concerns, I called the front desk again and went downstairs to change my room card as requested. Upon arriving on the first floor, the front desk asked to verify the window problem in room 206 together. After confirming that the problem in room 206 could not be resolved immediately, they agreed to change me to room 208. 3. [Room 208 was opened by a woman using a card between midnight and 1 AM on Sunday (later confirmed to be a front desk error).] Fortunately, we were awake and shouted to stop her, at which point she verbally apologized but did not enter directly. The above issues all involve personal and property safety risks. I cooperated fully and without complaint during my previous two room changes. After calling the front desk to explain the problem, I complied with their instructions to go downstairs to exchange room cards. However, the room I finally checked into was opened by someone using a card in the early morning, resulting in almost a sleepless night. I could no longer tolerate this and am therefore giving a negative review. [The funniest thing is that the front desk and maintenance staff told us, downstairs and upstairs respectively, that we were lucky to have such bad luck.]"
