I stayed in this hotel (mathura executive) on 26th-27th jean 2024, at the price point of 9000 for 2n the services were not good, below should be considered while booking. 1. Parking - parking is in basement and very cramp, there are only 5 slots for car park that, otherwise park your card outside on the road. 2. Power issues - during our stay there was power disruptions in night for 3 times, the funny part was every time power is back you have to re-insert the room key in power slot to have power in your room, interestingly staff was already aware of this and they did not had any solution for this. 2. Breakfast - catering services was very slow, it took almost 30 mins to prepare pohe for me (please note this was not special request even.

Excellent rooms food and service. Only vegetarian is good thing, we did breakfast which was very nice staff is also polite

Good location, food quality is good, but lot to improve on cleaning, bed sheet was not at all clean, blanket I didn’t not use because it was too dirty…

The location is very good with ease of public transport. The food is very good. I enjoyed the courtesy and hospitality extended. The overall ambience is very good.

Location excellent. Close to all spots. Food very good. Very good choice. Rooms neat and clean. Good staff.

Stay was comfortable. Service was also prompt. Food in the restaurant was tasty. They should introduce a few local delicacy in the menu. Room air conditioning needed repair. Window of the room was not closing.

Location is very good. Stay is comfortable. Service is quick. Room is spacious. Restaurant is spacious and food is tasty. Only room air conditioning needed service.Check in and check out process was simple and smooth.

Bed linen was yellow instead of white. Aircon was not working properly. Staff was doing everything but serving guests. There was a break open attempt at our luggage.

The hotel is expensive compared to its value. It does not have parking area. Breakfast is not up to the mark. Dinner is also expensive, considering the average quality of food.
