"Τα δωμάτια Α που κράτησα με ένα κρεβάτι βασιλικού μεγέθους σε μία μονή θέση και δίκλινα κρεβάτια σε διπλή θέση ήταν πολύ μεγάλα με θέα στον ωκεανό και τα δέντρα μάνγκο. Οι επιλογές δείπνου ήταν γνήσιοι Konkan και νόστιμοι, που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν γρήγορα με μεγάλα μερίδια. Το μπουφέ πρωινού είχε ένα ζωντανό ρετιρέ με ουθαπάμη, ντόζα και ρετιρέ αυγών. Τα τσατνί ήταν φρέσκα και η τσάτνυ ήταν δωρεάν. Το προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό και υπέβαλε εξαιρετικές προτάσεις για την εξερεύνηση της ακτής του Κονκάν στη Sagari Mahamarg."

"Terrible experience. At reception instead of a welcome, we were informed about list of things not available. No mobile range. No in room dinning. Rooms are so far away that you can't walk to reception or restaurant. You have to request a buggy and wait for 15 mins. Our 'Winter Green ' rooms were in a standalone building with peeling paint. No security, no staff. We roamed around, found our own rooms and settled ourselves. The resort is so poorly lighted that we can't dare to step out in dark. Just waiting to get this over."

"I recently visited Lotus Resort in Murud- Dapoli. It is very well maintained resort with private access to Murud Beach. They have a good landscape covering cottages, garden area and an excellent restaurant- Wadi. They also serve authentic Maharashtrian dishes, food quality is very good. I would like to give names of people -Nivas mandal, Sohel and Yash, they have shown excellent hospitality. I would like to recommend this resort for a family vacation. The location is near to Durga Temple and Keshvaraj Temple, oldest temples in Dapoli."

Αλλά τα φρικτά πρότυπα υπηρεσιών δεν αναμένονται από τέτοια ασφάλιστρα. 1.We Απορρίφθηκε οποιαδήποτε βοήθεια για τις αποσκευές από το αυτοκίνητό μας στο ρεσεψιόν. Είχα ανώτερους πολίτες και παιδιά. 2.The Οι υπηρεσίες οικιακής συντήρησης των καθαρίσεων & κλειστά κρεβάτια & πετσέτες ήταν λανθασμένες. Είχαμε λάβει πετσέτες το βράδυ. "Αυτό το Resort είναι πραγματικά ένα από τα δικά του! Ένα 25χρονο ακίνητο ακριβώς στην σχισμή της παραλίας bhatye με μια εκπληκτική θαλάσσια θέα από κάθε δωμάτιο. Είναι τεράστια ιδιοκτησία με μια πραγματικά μεγάλη πισίνα. Επειδή είναι πολύ παλιά ιδιοκτησία, τα δωμάτια είναι αρκετά μεγάλα. Το μπουφέ του πρωινού είχε μια ωραία ποικιλία και το εστιατόριο έφτιαχνε πραγματικά καλό φαγητό. Αν θες να περάσεις λίγο χρόνο με την οικογένειά σου, τότε αυτό είναι το μέρος να πας."

"Its a beautiful property nestled among lush greenery with direct access to beach..rooms are spacious, clean, we booked the sea breeze suit. In the scorching heat of may also, the room felt cool without AC. Adventure activities and indoor games available for kids which is a plus point. The food is super delicious, fish was fresh all the time we ate. Reena tai was on the live counter and made delicious konkani dishes for breakfast.. all the staff was very polite, helpful, specially sohail, riya, niwas, krutika, tejashree, yash. We enjoyed our stay fully. Definitely want to come again in winter. Some insect exposure is expected, please carry repellents."

"This is my second time at this hotel. I came here during november where they only complaint i had was no hot water but that was manageable. Considering the fact that it's summer, i thought it would be a good idea to book this hotel for my family for 5. We booked two rooms but the person who assigned us the rooms assigned separate rooms, on opposite corners of the floor even when i had clearly stated i need side by side rooms. My parents and granny had a really hard time due to this arrangement. Then, after an argument, we were granted opposite rooms, but the toilet was indian style which was not suitable for my parents and granny. The worst part was, there was literally no ventilation in the rooms. Back during my november visit, i did not realise that as the cozy atmosphere had it covered. But right now, it was terrible. We could not keep the doors closed even for a minute. None of us slept during the two nights of our stay. While having a bath, my father suffocated due to no ventilation. Thought apart from the person that assigned us the rooms, the other staff was good but they did literally nothing even after our repeated complains. If you talk about the stay, this is the worst stay i ever had. Totally disappointed."
