I arrived late at the hotel for check in, I made the procedure and I went up completely exhausted of the trip, I went to bath and had no towels available in the room, I called at the reception and told me I had to go withdraw (??) OK. I went down, picked up the towels I asked a coat gave me a bed copper that wasn't heating anything and had no other kind of cover. The hotel is clean and organized, the breakfast is simple but well prepared, with enough options. The location is perfect and you can go to a variety of good bars and restaurants nearby. In particular, the experience was very good because the receptionist Michelle was extremely careful, performing, kind and gave us various options for local tours. The hotel team is excellent and certainly suggestive to other people and I don't want to stay elsewhere when I go back to the Recife.

A hospedagem de princípio foi um tanto conturbada, em tempos já havia me hospedado nesse hotel, sempre fui bem atendido, entretanto, nessa houve um problema de limpeza que não deveria ter acontecido, não irei me prolongar pois erros acontecem e em hotel de 5 estrelas tal erro também poderia ter acontecido, me realocaram de quarto e tiveram boa vontade de resolver o empecilho, no mais, recomendo o hotel, foi uma boa hospedagem, recomendo no geral.

We had an unforgettable stay. Very atmospheric and staff is most kind. Breakfast is very good, lots of variety, and very pleasantly served. Terrace is just wonderful, especially in the evening. If you are strictly tied to Hyatt & Co, this may not be your place. If you can appreciate to stay in a family-run place, with somewhat artistic flair in the old rooms then you will love it. Rooms are coherent to the place and Olinda; a little old, but charming (I am not sure if those Jacuzzis in the room are really necessary, but others may like them..)

This facility formerly belonged to the Best Western Hotel chain, and they still adhere to Best Western standards. Very professional staff with a pleasant, customer-oriented and proactive attitude, caring and always with a smile. On arrival I was immediately offered a glass of water. All my requests were carried out instantly within minutes. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of choices for Brazilian standards, even if the cooked components were pretty much the same every day. Very attentive, skilled and respectful restaurant staff. Cleanliness was just perfect. Very friendly and helpful housekeeping.

Este hotel fica na beira da praia de Piedade, em Jaboatão, vizinho a Recife. Possui bons serviços, como restaurante e estacionamento, ambos pagos à parte. É bom o atenmdimento, possui boas instalações. Para quem está de viagem, permite fácil acesso para chegar e sair da cidade.
