"Το ξενοδοχείο είναι καλό για νυχτερινή διαμονή στο δρομάκι. Λίγο χρονοδιαγραμμένο. Η τιμή της ποιότητας για τα τρόφιμα και τα ποτά δεν ταιριάζει πλήρως. 10 ευρώ για ένα ποτήρι οινοποιείο, Aperol spray σε αηδιαστικό γυαλί λεμονάδας 17 ευρώ. Το πρωινό είναι δυνατό μόνο μέσα στο δωμάτιο πρωινού πιέσεως. Περισσότερο ωραία. Φιλικοί άνθρωποι στο εστιατόριο και ένας όμορφος κήπος."

"Το πανέμορφο μοτέλ μπουτίκ στην καρδιά του Λυών... από την έξοδο μέχρι την έξοδο... σχεδόν όλα ήταν τέλεια. 1) το μπαρ του ξενοδοχείου δεν είχε καρέκλες 2) οι μηχανές Nespresso δεν είχαν ούτε ένα ζευγάρι κρέμας για καφέ ή τουλάχιστον σκόνη, οπότε έπρεπε να ζητήσετε ψυχρό γάλα για 5 ευρώ. 3) όπως και πολλά ξενοδοχεία στην Ευρώπη, δεν είχαν πλυντήρια ρούχων στο δωμάτιο (με πρόσωπο ύφασμα ή σερβιετάκια όπως τα αποκαλούν). Το λόμπι ήταν κομψό και προσκαλεσμένο, το Grand Salon ήταν κινηματογραφικό, τα δωμάτια, αν και λίγο μικρό, ήταν καλά σχεδιασμένα, άνετα και είχαν μεγάλη ατμόσφαιρα και βροχερές ντους. Η πισίνα, η σάουνα, το ατμόπλοιο, το τσάι και το δωμάτιο αναψυχής στο υπόγειο ήταν τέλεια μετά από μια ζεστή μέρα που περιοδεύαμε τη Λυών. Ωστόσο, το μαρτίνι και το παλιό μόδα θα πρέπει να έχουν περισσότερα από το αλκοόλ. Το πρωινό μπουφέ ήταν γεμάτο και νόστιμο και θα μπορούσατε να παραγγείλετε ένα ψωμί avo, ένα τυλιγμένο omelet ή ufs ένα πιάτο la carte. Προτείνω να κλείσετε το κρεβάτι και το πρωινό για να μην εκπλήσσεστε από το τέλος των 39€pp αν δεν το κάνετε. Το ιταλικό τους εστιατόριο, το Angelo's, έμοιαζε νόστιμο, αλλά ήταν λίγο ακριβό, έτσι φάγαμε και τις τρεις νύχτες στο Capitale Gastronomique de la France."

"Review from my 13 years old daughter :) Enjoy it. We came to this hotel thinking it was going to be an amazing experience, but sadly it was the complete opposite. At first it seemed okay, although the first impression it gave us was that it was far too new to be good. Unfortunately, we were right. Exhausted, we stumbled into our rooms, ready to sleep. But the moment we opened the bed sheets, we were horrified. They were covered in hair. It honestly looked like dogs had been sleeping on the bed and the sheets hadn't been washed for weeks. We hoped the other room would be better, but it was just as bad. There were multiple stains all over the bed, and it made us feel absolutely disgusted. We went straight back to reception and asked to change our rooms. To our surprise, instead of apologizing, they completely denied what we were seeing. They kept insisting that the sheets were clean, even though they clearly weren't. It was unbelievable. Eventually, after arguing with them, we were finally given different rooms. Thankfully, they weren't as bad as the first ones, so we were finally able to get some sleep. The next morning, we still had a lot to do, but we decided to do the right thing and speak to reception again. We asked if they could offer us one free night to make up for such an awful experience. The receptionist seemed completely shocked and had to call the manager. This is where the experience became even worse. Instead of trying to solve the situation professionally, the manager spoke to us aggressively and immediately refused. Rather than taking responsibility for the disgusting condition of the rooms, they simply offered us free access to the pool, as if that could somehow make up for sleeping in filthy beds and the way we had been treated. By that point, we had completely lost our patience. We were tired of the poor cleanliness, tired of being told that what we clearly saw wasn't real, and tired of the rude attitude from the staff and management. We had enough. We packed our things, left the hotel, and booked another one instead. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and we certainly will not be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone."

"Απίστευτη τοποθεσία μόλις λίγα βήματα από το Λυών, ωστόσο, η πισίνα είναι κρύα, το αρωματικό ντους δεν λειτουργεί σωστά, το παράθυρο του δωματίου για το τζακούζι δεν ανοίγει. Les chambres sont classics et auront bientôt besoin d'un coup de frais (TV non connecté, téléphone HS, climate contrôlée via réception, pas de surmatelas) mais la vue est just incroyable.
