"Extremely satisfied! This is a five-star hotel, so there's absolutely no need to worry about the facilities, cleanliness, environment, or service. The surrounding area is also very quiet. We booked a 'sunset view' room, and the balcony faced west. Next time, I definitely want to book a sea view room; it must be even more beautiful. The transportation and dining options nearby are very convenient, and you can also enjoy the buffet at the hotel."

"Located at the north entrance of MixC, it's just a two-minute walk into the mall. The interior is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. At night, you can overlook the night view of Rizhao city, and in the morning, you can watch the sunrise over the sea – perfect! I will definitely choose this restaurant again next time I come to Rizhao."

"This stay was an extremely poor experience. The first day was acceptable, but the condition of the rooms after the hotel's routine housekeeping on the second day was simply unbearable. There was a complete lack of basic cleaning standards and service awareness; it was a serious disappointment. The room's cleanliness was not improved; in fact, it was extremely perfunctory. Trash and debris on the floor were completely untouched, leaving the room untouched without any sign of cleaning. The cleanliness was appalling. Even the most basic amenities were missing. After cleaning, no complimentary drinking water was provided, and even essential toiletries like toothbrushes were absent, failing to meet the most basic needs for daily living. Even more outrageous, the bed-making was a mere formality. The bed wasn't made at all the next day; the bedding was messy, wrinkled, and looked exactly like it hadn't been cleaned, making it impossible to get a proper rest. This completely failed to meet the standards of hotel hygiene. Room service was practically nonexistent. After discovering a series of problems, I repeatedly called the front desk via the room's landline, but the call never went through, and no one answered. There was absolutely no staff to help with the issues, and after-sales support was nonexistent. Paying for a stay resulted in an increasingly worse room environment. The room was completely subpar after the cleaning the next day; cleanliness, supplies, service, and facilities were all substandard. The service attitude was lax, the work was perfunctory, and there was a complete lack of respect for the guest experience. The value for money was extremely low, and it was severely overrated."

"I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Rizhao. I noticed they had a lot of events going on, and after asking the staff, I found out they have several banquet halls perfect for company annual meetings, and the prices are very reasonable. There's also a lounge on the third floor. After a long day of sightseeing, it was great to relax there with a drink and chat, helping to shake off the day's fatigue."
