"Traveling to Changsha, I was so glad I booked this hidden gem of a guesthouse on Trip.com. Its prime riverside location on a high floor offers absolutely stunning views; during the day, you see the sparkling river, and at night, the city lights across the bank. I'm a light sleeper, and before coming, I was worried about poor soundproofing in guesthouses, but my stay was completely free of noise disturbance. A special thank you to the lovely manager, Ms. Hu, for her warm and thoughtful service. She not only prepared alternative room options for me beforehand but also meticulously wrote down a list of restaurants popular with locals in the city and recommended souvenirs to take home. What really stood out was how Ms. Hu and Mr. Zeng from Siman (the guesthouse name) were at the front desk practically day and night, showing immense dedication and friendliness. They even proactively helped with laundry and drying, and folded it neatly before returning it. "The hotel butler contacted us a day in advance to ask if we had any special requests for the room. They tried their best to accommodate all our needs, arranging rooms on the same floor. The room itself was quite spacious, featuring a bathtub, sofa, and refrigerator, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom and a good showerhead. There was a slight incident at the restaurant on check-out day regarding my child's breakfast, which was handled a bit too seriously. However, after I reported it to the butler, it was promptly resolved, so overall, it was still a good experience."

"The hotel was very easy to find, just a few minutes' walk from the Metro Line 2 station, and directly opposite the very popular 'Snack Kingdom'. A staff member called me the day before check-in to confirm my itinerary and let me know the hotel was on the 8th floor of the World Trade Global building. I arrived at 12:00 PM yesterday and a room was already available, so I was able to check in immediately. The service was excellent! They even held our afternoon tea at the front desk because we had a concert to attend, and then brought it up to our room in the evening. The hotel has a new Chinese-style design and is very clean. I especially appreciated the 1.8-meter twin beds, which are rare – perfect for the three of us in one room. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out, which was a lovely touch. Next time I bring my son to visit 'Snack Kingdom,' I'll definitely stay here again."
