"An absolutely amazing value for money experience! We'd been talking about coming for a hot spring getaway for a while, so we specifically chose a weekday to avoid the crowds, and it was perfect – not too busy, not too empty. The hot spring experience was great; there were many pools, each with its own unique charm. The outdoor pools had beautiful scenery and the water temperature was very comfortable. While the room facilities weren't brand new, they were incredibly clean and tidy. You could tell this established hotel really puts effort into its upkeep and quality. The buffet breakfast was also extensive with a great selection of items. Overall, for this price, it was truly excellent value for money!"

Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
"The service was great, and the environment was lovely too. The gym, pool, and private hot spring in the room were all very good. The moment we checked in, our butler brought afternoon tea snacks to our room. Breakfast was also delivered to the room, and the butler was always responsive whenever we contacted her. The room facilities were excellent, clean, and tidy. The only issue was the door between the guest rooms and the restaurant. Perhaps because housekeeping staff frequently used it, it was often left open. Guests attending wedding banquets in the restaurant would occasionally walk through, and if they saw an open room door, they'd want to peek inside. Once, my child ran out without closing the door, and just as I reached the entrance, a man saw our open door and tried to walk in – it startled me! This afternoon, I saw another group of banquet guests come through the back door. They saw the door to the room next to ours open, and those ladies also said they wanted to go in and look at the room. Why would they? If you want to book a room, there are pictures available on Ctrip and Dianping. It's really something else for people to just wander in and look at rooms while waiting for their meal. I suggest that door be kept closed at all times to keep the guest room area quieter, as the guest rooms are not a tourist attraction for banquet attendees to visit. Everything else was great. The butler service was excellent and responsive, and the hygiene was also very good. It's definitely worth staying here!"

"Our room was upgraded to a 50-square-meter one, which was clean and comfortable. However, the hotel was a bit noisy due to a very energetic tour group of elderly people. The service was quite good, with a butler contacting us in advance. The breakfast wasn't particularly rich. I'd suggest that if there are a lot of people, the noodle chef could hand out numbered tokens, otherwise, people might take others' orders. My noodles were actually taken by an elderly lady! There are many hot spring pools, each not very large, so one or two families can share one. The sulfur smell is very strong, like rotten eggs, haha! It's definitely a genuine hot spring. It's also very convenient, only a twenty-minute drive to Xiling Snow Mountain."

"After a long search, I finally found this hidden gem – a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. It's great for families with kids or for bringing your parents along. Getting there from Chengdu is super convenient, just an hour's drive. Upon arrival, I contacted the butler, and someone immediately came out to greet us and help with our luggage. The service was excellent! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and it truly felt like a luxurious experience. Afternoon tea was a buffet with unlimited beer, drinks, and various snacks. They started pampering us with food the moment we arrived. The in-room amenities were also fantastic, including a Dyson hairdryer (I wasn't even planning on washing my hair, haha!). The butlers were incredibly responsive and patient in helping with all our requests. Overall, I absolutely loved it here and will definitely be back!"

"This onsen hotel was absolutely wonderful. Perched on the hillside, it boasts huge floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly frame the mountain views, and the room temperature was just right. The private hot spring bath was spacious with a rich mineral scent, and all the facilities felt brand new. Coming here to unwind on a weekend was pure bliss. The staff were all lovely too – always smiling, friendly, and quick to greet you. The afternoon tea and goodnight drinks were a nice touch. It's off-season now, so it's quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. They even gave us a thoughtful parting gift, which was a nice touch."

"We saty at the guest occupancy double room 1. The room is amazing. Very nice. But what is great about this hotel is the two reception both of them same surname Zhang 张先生和张女士. In this ending season soon, they were both very helpful and friendly. They maintained a high level of commitment to us to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. Despite the season for skiing is ending, they provided much needed information for us to continue to enjoy our stay. Keeping us updated of snow weather we we eventually get to see snow and go skiing. "Before I even checked in, they added me to a concierge chat group, and any questions I had were answered promptly and proactively. My room was on the third floor, and while there's no elevator, the concierge staff helped me with my luggage. I chose the 270-degree mountain view, and falling asleep to the sound of the stream at night was incredibly relaxing (though it was a bit chilly, the electric blanket and air conditioning kept the room nice and warm). We ordered the hot pot from the guesthouse for dinner, and it was delicious! The free-range chicken hot pot with mushroom soup was more than enough for two people. There was also a concert in the evening, and the singer was fantastic! There are two friendly dogs in the courtyard, a golden retriever and a small white dog, both very affectionate. There's also a super cute cat at the front desk. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back!"

"The last two kilometers of the road leading to the courtyard from the main road were quite rough, a narrow path only wide enough for one car, making it quite challenging. However, once we arrived at the courtyard, it felt like a delightful surprise, like finding a beautiful village beyond a willow-shaded lane. Each time we arrived, the warm and welcoming owner was already waiting in the parking area, proactively helping us with our luggage. This courtyard is run by a lovely family, and you can feel the warmth of their home everywhere. The owners treat guests like family, their children are lively and cute, and even their cat is friendly and interacts with guests. The courtyard only has four rooms, each equipped with a private hot spring tub. Inside, there's also underfloor heating, a heater, and an electric blanket. After a day of playing in the snowy mountains, being able to soak in the outdoor balcony tub, listening to the rain and admiring the greenery, was incredibly relaxing. Additionally, the food at the courtyard is also commendable; the home-style stir-fries were fragrant and unforgettable. The entire guesthouse experience was perfect."

The community is elegant and especially quiet at night, with birdsong and flowers blooming, and views of the mountains in the distance. It truly is a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The villa's location at the end of the building, with two large gardens, is perfect for gatherings with friends, walking the dog, or simply relaxing. The community is a short walk from the surrounding supermarkets, so you can bring your own breakfast supplies. A gas stove is available for heating up or frying eggs. Huashuiwan Town is a 10-minute drive away for sightseeing and dining.

The environment is OK, the room facilities are good, the decoration style is good, the hot water is great, and the breakfast is delicious. Parking is convenient. There is an underground garage, and the service is also very good.

so far 3 night at chengdu. this is the most favourite accommodation of mine. The host super kind, helpful, generous. The room so spacious for 4 of us (2 kids /2 adult) the best things is the bed got heater & wool blanket to make sure we warm because weather here is super cold. Also i love the comfy sofa provided and I can relax and doing my work using the laptop. The host also gave us borrow extra heater and so generous provide us an oranges. The best part is I can put my luggage at reception while I go up to Xiling Mountain. You can ask the host to help booking bus ticket back to Chengdu city. Open the window and just secure the window net so you can enjoy the windy cold weather. Feel so blessed enjoying the God nature here. Overall I highly recommended this accommodation. So relax and peaceful.. the only sound I can hear is my kids snoring 😜🤣

The hotel environment is lovely, lush and green. The amenities are also well-developed, and it's very close to the ancient town. The garden room was very quiet, perfect for enjoying the full moon at night, which put me in a great mood. The guest rooms are well-maintained, and the breakfast selection met my expectations. A special shout-out to the front desk team for their warm and responsive service. Overall, highly recommended.

This high-value hot spring hotel was an unexpected find during our Dragon Boat Festival trip with the kids. While the hotel brand is quite established and the overall facilities show their age slightly, the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. 💕 I especially loved the breakfast buffet! However, if you're particular about modern hotel amenities, you might want to skip this review. 🌟 Hot Spring Experience: Sulfur Pools So Comfortable, You Won't Want to Leave The hot spring area is very clearly sectioned, with plenty of pools of all sizes. There are numerous sulfur pools with warm, gentle water and a subtle, natural sulfur scent. After a soak, you feel completely relaxed. There are also several clear water play pools specifically for children. The water temperature is mild and not too hot, making it a paradise for kids to play in during the summer. 🌟 Dragon Boat Festival Exclusive Family Activities: Rich Content, Full of Atmosphere We happened to catch the hotel's Dragon Boat Festival-themed family activities, and the free craft projects were genuinely thoughtful: 1. Zongzi Making Experience: Kids got to participate in making Zongzi themselves. The staff were patient and taught them hand-in-hand, making the holiday feel truly special. The next day, you could ask the hotel staff to cook them for breakfast! 2. Scented Soap DIY & Plaster Painting: My little girl sat quietly for an entire afternoon, meticulously coloring. Afterwards, she got to take her handmade creations home, which she absolutely loved. The activity schedule was well-arranged throughout the day, and you didn't need to buy extra tickets; just staying at the hotel allowed you to experience it. The room was decent, quite spacious, and had a balcony with a mountain view. The hotel has been around for a while, so the decor and facilities are a bit dated, but it was clean and didn't have any strange odors. Dining was very convenient, and there's free parking, so overall it was good. The hot springs were very accessible; you could go straight in from the second floor of the hotel. Various pools were nestled among the trees, which was nice, and there was also a glass walkway that kids enjoyed. The only downside was that the water in the channels was a bit cold when we went at night.
