"The combination of a swimming pool and hot spring is definitely top-notch among guesthouses. The hot spring on the second floor is open year-round. The rooms are simply furnished but have everything you need, and the price is very reasonable. The guesthouse is located in Yanzhou Ancient City, so you can stroll around and enjoy the night view of the ancient city."

"First off, the hotel room was very clean, and the bed was huge, 1.35*2 meters. It could be combined, perfect for two adults and two children! The King Koil mattress made for a wonderfully comfortable sleep. The hotel environment is excellent, offering lake views and featuring a large lawn, an outdoor pool, and a super-sized indoor kids' play area. There are also many parent-child activities, like making traditional Chinese medicine sachets and baking bread in a kiln, which were fantastic! Even on a rainy day, we weren't bored staying at the hotel. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful; knowing we had a baby, they provided a bed rail and upgraded us to a lake-view room. The breakfast was plentiful, and both my older and younger kids loved it. The hotel is very close to the Southeast Lake Scenic Area, the Botanical Garden, Tianyu Mountain, and Lan Yue Secret Realm, which is super convenient! The only slight drawback is that the on-site Chinese lunch and dinner could be a little bit better."

"Traveling with family, I booked one standard room and one king room, on different floors. Both were originally balcony rooms, but the front desk said they upgraded us. However, the standard room was changed to one without a balcony, only adding a bathtub, and it was still on a different floor. I felt it wasn't worth the change. The king room with a balcony had a great view, where you could see the beautiful scenery of Qiandao Lake. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Our butler, Zhang, was also very enthusiastic and responsive to our needs. I would recommend this hotel to my friends!"

To find a place where my 14-year-old dog, Afu, who walks slowly, could run around freely and enjoy warm sunshine, I searched countless 'Jiangsu-Zhejiang pet-friendly B&Bs' online. Ultimately, Yunman Songjian Hot Spring B&B in Jiande successfully caught my eye. With a hint of apprehension (after all, I've seen too many 'photo hoaxes' online), we drove nearly five hours from Shanghai to Jiande. As we finally navigated the winding mountain roads, the scenery before us suddenly opened up, and I knew this trip was worth it! We stayed in a private hot spring courtyard room for four nights. The entire B&B only has 15 rooms, each uniquely designed and breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond the stunning environment, what truly surprised us was the service: the B&B's staff were attentive and enthusiastic, and every detail was meticulously handled, making us feel right at home. Life at Yunman Songjian was simply divine: **Panoramic Views**: One morning, I hiked for half an hour to the highest point.
